The bathroom had no paper towels to dry hands, however everything else was great and the follow up on the drinks was on spot. The food perfect! Omelettes taste great!

This is a really good place for breakfast. It has a American diner vibe with a good selection in their menu. It wasn't busy when we went and the service was quick. Id recommend their omelette as it was well done and tasty.
Great tasting food with safe and courteous staff. Our family enjoyed a pleasant dinner and desert at flames. It was not crowded at the time and we were safely tucked away from other patrons.
We live very close and this is our go to place for event breakfasts.... haven't had a bad meal. Mix a few dinners in. Great food and service.
Went to the Flames Coffee Shop on Santa Teresa in San Jose with a friend and had great, fast service. They have awesome meals, too. Will be going back for sure.
I feel like I could sit here for a hour or two writing my books and drinking coffee and then ordering some lunch and writing in between. :) This is a great place to get food. It's clean, the staff are nice, the food is hot & delicious, and it's very cozy to be inside. Warm and welcoming atmosphere.
