Good, it's not in Willow Glenn so there is none of that snobbery you find over there. Decent, fast service. It caters to the tech industry serfs, and they don't make lattes, that's why there's a Starbucks next door. Nice bagels and the flavored cream cheese is good too.

Friendly staff. Good bagels and bagel sandwiches. They have coffee, but I go to Starbucks next door to get a latte and a puppacino for my dog while my sandwich is being made. I order in person because their primitive app does not allow me to change my bagel, nor does it give me my senior discount.
Friendly staff who were working hard to get orders out promptly. I asked for them to go easy on the schmear. I haven't been there in a few years, I guess their definition of go easy has changed. There was barely any schmear on my bagel.
Took the sesame and onion bagels with cream cheese. They were so good and fresh! Also took a couple of strudels. Strawberry was real good.
I always get good service from the clerks at the registers. Some even give me the senior discount with me having to ask for it. Amazing how a little friendly conversation with the employees makes a mark and they remember you when you return. Get there before 9:00 AM for a good selection of bagels.
Gotta love it. I love bagels and cream cheese or spread. I specially love their bagel sandwiches for when you are just hungry for something small.

Usually eat @ this location once a month to order the breakfast sandwiches. We tried most of them but our favorite is the 2 scrambled eggs, sausage and cheddar on a cheesy bacon bagel It's so delicious!!

Fresh, delicious bagels and bagel egg sandwiches. Brought friend visiting from TX and she was obsessed as well! We went around 9 am each day. They had a full selection of bagels. Also fast, friendly service!

Nothing against this store, but I suggest going instead to the larger Noah’s Bagels across from Westgate Mall/Target about 2 miles away. The manager at that other location is really good, often on-site, and the higher quality is obvious. (August 2020)
The biggest reason I gave gave this 5 star review is because of Hayley the cashier. The food is good, love the Nova lox, but Hayley is genuinely sweet and happy to help every time I come in. Even if the food is only ok, a great customer service experience makes all the difference in the world.

Noah's Bagels in San Jose has the best bagels. For years, I stopped at Noah's Bagels to buy fresh-baked bagels on the way to my office. The only one I did not like was blueberry, but everyone else in the office seemed to vacuum up as soon as I sat them and the Double-Whipped Shmear down. Weird what
