Excellent coffee made here at Peet’s. Been coming here for years and it’s a great place to meet a friend, sit outside and enjoy their delicious teas, coffees and their hot cocoa is fabulous. Very nice pastries, muffins and goodies here, too. Extremely clean in here and the baristas are super kind
This is a great gathering place. Of course excellent coffee and friendly baristas. It’s my go to coffee brand having a more robust flavor than Starbucks and way better than any other brand I’ve tried including organics water process decaf. Peets is the only Coffee chain I’m aware of that only uses
thanks to the staff! after I tried delicious coffee in this place, I forgot my bag there. the employees kept it and returned it to me! Thank you!
Very friendly and sweet server. Interior is clean. I ordered a large Black ice tea with 7 pumps of Mango and lite ice (it came out fabulous)
There are about 10 tables on the inside and plenty of seating outside.
Overall solid 4 stars.
Pete's coffee us no my cup of tea... but that doesn't make it bad. The tea options are nice. The staff is patient and professional. The sitting inside and outside is clean and comfortable.
They recently changed their hours so that they are only open until 8pm! This is pretty strange considering that it's summer, the movie theater in El Paseo is much busier now that the AMC theater in Vallco shut down, and it's not even dark at that time 🤔 I seriously think they're missing out on a lot
My friend and I we come here often. Peet's got great coffee. We tend to come 30 min before they close and even so they make our coffee fresh. Their employees are nice even when they are tired. I would totally recommend this place. The shop is so nice and clean and coffee is freshly brewed.
Love this specific Pete's. Staff is always happy to be there and help you, and the drinks and bakes goods are awesome.
Customer Service was awesome! Definitely the best coffee spot for us early risers. Abigail is my favorite, not only did she serve me quickly with my order percisely but she walked my beverage over to the creamer and Splenda I needed so badly and addressed me by name. She is friendly and professional

I am a decaf drinker and when I arrived around 3:30 PM, there was no decaf on drip so they made absolutely fresh new decaf for me, the holiday blend which was so flavorful! The dark chocolate mocha is just fantastic for chocolate lovers. Just the perfect amount of coffee and dark chocolate. Definitely recommended on a cold winter morning!

Seen people go here from social media, in California for vacation and figured I try it out. Pretty good coffee and bought some beans and they ground it up for me.
No matter how busy they always move quickly. So to see someone get so upset on a busy saturday and demand a managers phone number....ya whatever to that privileged brat....you guys rock, you all handle that customer so professionally and courteously despite her rudeness.
