Came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Restaurant wasn’t crowded and we got seated right away. Service was very friendly and attentive.

We went EMC for dinner. I love the UNI pasta! It is Japanese noodles with creamy uni sauce. If you prefer italiano pasta, you might not like it!
The soft shell crabs are fresh and full of eggs, so they are delicious too.
Crème purée gave me the best ending for the whole meal!
Oyster is very fresh and highly recommend that. Sashimi is also good. Pieces are big. Garlic clam is pretty standard. Ceviche can be better as it’s not as tasty as the ones I tried in Costa Rica but it’s decent.

Scallop carpaccio is the best! So good, almost sweet.
Salmon carpaccio used to be my favorite till the scallops came. But the salmon was good too.
Spicy tuna roll was so so. Wasn't very spicy and even a little bland. Good with wasabi though.

Amazing food & service. And our server provided birthday cake too🥺💕 Santana Row & Toro & Unagi Avocado sushi roll and Beef Mignon was really delicious. Of course Truffle Garlic Noodle & Uni Pasta are their signiture!!
Still believe uni pasta is one of the best on their menu. I live in Houston and have friends came from NJ but neither of us can find similar food in our cities.
That being said, their food portion has shrunk a lot.

The food is a mix of Japanese and Italian focusing on seafood food.
The food taste is great, the outdoor seating environment is relaxing.
