The all you can eat menu is huge. You are only able to order 3 items at once. That said, they are quick to get you the order so you aren't waiting long after ordering. Also note that the rolls are 4 slices instead of 6 or 8. They are noticeable larger though, about 50%.
Nice intimate setting, helpful staff and good sized rolls. They have all you can eat lunch and dinner specials, which is great if you want to try a variety of sushi. The price was about average for good sushi

Super chill place to have some sushi and a pitcher of Sapporo. Crowd is mostly between the age 20 - 30 which makes it lively. I ordered Philadelphia, Phoenix and Crispy Cobra. All were good.

Ok so my favorite rolls to ALWAYS get when doing sushi is the lion King. They make it pretty great here! The ambiance is so so, but service is good and overall it's solid. If you're in downtown San Jose, CA come on down to Sushi Infinity! Good rolls and good times!
I stumbled across this place a little while ago. They do a all you can eat sushi that is a really good value. You can order a three rolls at a time, but they are actually made fresh as they are ordered. Very tasty rolls and sashimi. They have other tasty items if you don't feel like eating that much
