Been a while since I had last visited this place. The previous experience wasn’t great, but the manager made up for it. Finally gave this place another chance and they did not disappoint. I had the Philly joes with a side of French fries and I loved it. I’ll be coming back here more often whenever I’m in the mood for a cheesesteak.

Whoa! Came here based on a recommendation and it was worth it! I got the hoagie with added peppers- *chef's kiss* it was awesome! A little bit of a wait to get the food but it was well worth it!

The cheesesteak is very good. Beef was cooked just right and juicy. Jalapeno added surprised touch. I would like to have more cheese though. Fries are just OK. It is more like a togo place.

I don't choose to eat at too many places in food courts, but this place caught my eye. I ended up with a lamb and beef gyro with fries on the side, and it was absolutely filling and delicious!
The root beer just added to my dining pleasure. It was reasonably priced, considering it was food court food.

No matter the location, the taste is always the same.... DELICIOUS!!! This location serves cheese steak fries, which I hadn't previously seen at other locations. They were good. The cost was $9.99 and there was barely any meat. A little disappointing. The customer service was average and I would rate this shop a 8/10!!!!

Yum! We have tried cheese steaks at other restaurants/places and they just don't measure up. The Cheese Steak Shop is consistently good. We typically order their original and their peppers make the difference. Their customer service could use a little help, but overall, would recommend.

Delicious sandwiches and a side of perfectly cooked steak fries. My hoagie Philly was full of tasty ingredients, literally overflowing. (They provide plenty of napkins, thankfully.) Staff is always friendly and smiling. And their soda dispenser has extra flavor shots (strawberry, cherry, vanilla) which is always an added plus.

The cheese steak sandwiches are good here! I normally get the small original dressed with everything. The hot peppers are a nice touch!
This place can get busy really quickly, especially for the lunch rush. They take orders and prepare the food at a decent clip, but it's not extremely fast. I normally dine in and it's always been clean inside the restaurant.
Suggestion is to go on Tuesday when you can get a double stamp for purchasing 1 sandwich and get to the reward of a free one quicker.
