Very good ice cream. Creamy and delicious and in a very nice part of Glen Willow. Walking the streets is a spectacular journey and stopping for an ice cream was a great idea. Good selection of different taste icecream 🍦 with great outside sitting with spectacular city view.

I am an extremely picky person and probably the most picky person you’ll ever meet. So 4 or 5 out of 5 or anything 7.5 or higher out of 10 is really an achievement for that restaurant. In that case, here is my review, by Nicolas!
I would give this restaurant a 7/10!!!
This ice cream store is a cute little corner shop that is a great place to visit after a hot day or good dinner! The service was normal and friendly, and the ice cream was really good, especially the Mango and Bubblegum and Strawberry flavours.however, they did not have a huge variety of flavours, and that isn’t a bad thing but that is why it didn’t not get 10/10. It also does not have the best outside seating during the winter snd cold nights, and has little space inside.

We went there at 9.45 pm, but the energy level of the staff was still very HIGH, they suggested us the best options, scoop size is also very good, there is a very nice place just adjoining to this , to sit & enjoy the icecream … value for money !

Delicious! I’m a big cookies n cream fan, and this place definitely hits the spot! It’s creamy and has plenty of Oreo. I also highly recommend the Exhausted Parent 😆! It’s a unique and delicious combo.

Good icecream flavors!! Staff was very nice. They have couple of tables in outdoor patio as well. Some flavors are in the back fridge. They also have good shakes.

Friendly and well trained staff. The Creamery offers classic ice cream, sherbet, Vegan and no carbs. All choices can be served in cups, sugar cones, waffles or cake cones and can be garnished with a variety of toppings.

Seeking relief from the heat, I decided to try their Pineapple sorbet, and it turned out to be the perfect refreshing treat.
The moment I took my first bite, I was instantly captivated by the intense burst of tropical flavor. The Pineapple sorbet's smooth and creamy texture felt like a cool, ice-cold breeze in every spoonful. It offered a heavenly sensation, akin to enjoying a frozen slice of paradise on that sweltering day!

Ice creams here are good, and they are very generous with the portions and topping ingredients. Tried their cookies and cream flavor with was better than sundae ( which although had more cashew nuts, cream and chocolate sauce)

I really liked the ice cream at this place! It did seem a bit dingy(sp?) when I last went, but the flavors seemed nice. I know they had different types of ice cream and I think frozen yogurt and custard, so I need to check out these next time. At the very least, I liked the ice cream here (I think I like it better than Salt and Straw, too). Definitely try them out!

Excellent customer service, delicious flavors, and lots of options. The decorations were nice and quaint. Great place to visit for something sweet after dinner. Parking might be a little challenging, but it's in downtown Willow Glen so might be able to find a spot on the street or parking garage. There's also really nice outdoor seating outside of the place or in front of the water fountain.

Came here on a Friday night and it was somewhat busy, with the line out the door. It moved pretty swiftly so no complaints there.
There's a plethora of flavors for ice cream, although not so much for froyo and custard. I got the peppermint stick in a peppermint sprinkles coated waffle cone. One of my friends got the pineapple froyo in a waffle cone and a second friend got the butterscotch custard in a cup.
My ice cream was what I had expected it to be lol, minty and creamy goodness. The froyo got some bombass praise and the custard was alright. The delectable cheesecake bites on the custard were what stood out the most.
Having seen this place on "best places to eat ice cream at in SJ", I was a bit disenchanted. But yeah, I need to try some more flavors before I can say for sure if the hype is real or not.
9/10 would go back again!

Nothing fancy just your normal ice cream parlor with I can say less options for flavors..but whatever they give you take it !it's tasty and creamy..never loved an ice cream flavor like banana so much!! you won't be disappointed!!!.also check out the Willow Glen market there's so much food here!!?!!!🧁🍨🍦🍧😄

An amazing place for desserts in Willow glen downtown. Got the frozen custard with sprinkled choco chips & Dole pineapple. Liked the frozen custard but the dole ice cream was dominated with the sourness of pineapple. Apart from that, liked the ranges of yogurt, cookies and icecream flavors they had!

Couple of years now. They not only have tasty ice creams, but also great customer service. On our recent visit we had coke float and tip toe sundae/chocolate chip. Creamery is in also surrounded by other restaurants and food options. This is a go to place for ice cream 🍨 🍦

Delicious ice cream as always, generous portions. Flavors come from Treat Ice Cream, an old favorite in the San Jose area that has since closed down. Their floats were interesting, my friend got the dole whip float which was a swirl of dole whip yogurt filled with pineapple juice. Always a great spot to go to!

Yogurt was fine but super slow service due to the milkshakes. I'd recommend either shelving the milkshakes or having one milkshake person and two people serving those who only want a quick scoop or soft serve.
