I like this place, Is hard to find an authentic Honduran restaurant here in San Jose, but this one is really good, also the Service is Incredible; the only thing I didn’t like this time was the Chuleta Sampedrana, I have ordered it before but this time the sauce was different, still good but I prefe
The most authentic and delicious latin food I have enjoyed in the area, they have Mexican, Saldadorean, Honduran food, I’m willing to spend my millions in this place. Their service is also great, 5 stars well deserved.
So delicious I started eating before remembering to take a picture. I called in a takeout order September 2020 (so we were under shelter restrictions) and was pleased with the portion size and time until the order was ready. If my picture shows, this is a chicken tamale with rice and beans. The ric
This place hands down has the best flour tortillas you can find. Tonight I had the fried fish and plantain chips. It was really good with the red sauce. I usually get the seafood soup which is always very fresh. Also make sure you come hungry the portions are huge. But they take a while to make your
Ya, it's the bomb. Only regret is not ordering the fried chicken after seeing so many of those plates come out.
This place is absolutely amazing! a real trip to a Central American's gourmet. Family owned with a great atmosphere, they have the best friend chicken with green plantains! fresh homemade tortillas(corn and flour), I also recommend the Baleadas and sopa de mariscos!. Definitely a must place to visit
Delicious food, and excellent, friendly service. I loved the pupusas, and my family enjoyed all their food. It's a small restaurant but they have several tables, and it feels very clean.
Favorite breakfast in San Jose area. Pricey but excellent.
I have only gone to this place once, and I'm not familiar with this kind of food, but the 'pescado frito' is delicious. A nice crunch and a generous portion of limes are given. The fried plantains were a unique side item I have not seen before in any restaurant I'd been to. I intend to go here again
nice little spot with tasty food and homey vibes! cool honduran authentic dishes but also options for less adventurous eaters too. great service at super reasonable prices. not that many tables but my friend and i managed to get seated right away on a friday night!
This is a fantastic Latin food restaurant. The food was great with awesome service.
We come here all the time from 1.5 hours away just to get food. Would highly recommend. By far BEST Honduran food in the Bay Area region.
Food was so good!! We had the fish and the seafood soup - both popular Honduran dishes - says the waiter! The tortillas are all home made too, so must get with your meal. We want to try the fried chicken dish next! We were greeted by the staff as we walked in, felt a very authentic and family-commun
This is one of my favorite restaurants in San Jose - I get the tilapia coconut soup every time and they even remember when I call them that I don't want the tortillas. Great service and great food. You can eat in or get it to take away.
This is not on the menu. They made it special for me. I was in heaven. They have an incredible simply-made fillet of sole and cooked it to perfection, melt in your mouth. I had it with beans, rice and lettuce. It was 5 stars. I will be back for this again and again. The next time I came I tried
Amazing family owned Honduran restaurant. I highly recommend the Chile Verde, but you can't go wrong with any dish that includes their homemade flour tortillas. Best tortillas in town!
Just stopped in while traveling for work and absolutely loved this place - the food, atmosphere, and service. These guys will take care of you and make sure you're welcomed. I ordered the Chile Verde with a Papusa and nachos. Verde was the best I've had and the Papusa was poppin'. The tortillas are
