Warm and welcoming environment! Friendly staff and of course awesome food! My favorite is a spicy chicken protein style, waffle fries and an Oreo milkshake. If I'm trying to be healthy, grilled chicken nuggets with a large side order of superfood is another go to. Highly recommend CFLA and this location!
The line went quick and the food was great, so was the lemonade but the best thing was the chicken nuggets and the sauces were tasty.
The food was out promptly and is consistently very fresh. The highlight of this past experience on Nov 8 1:30pm was Johnny. He was so attentive and cleared finished items off our table and offered to refill drinks. He truly made this fast food experience feel like a dine in restaurant with his friendly demeanor and excellent customer service.
Like always the customer service was absolutely amazing. As a whole the chicken sandwiches are above average but the sauces are the best around. Every time you thank a staff member they respond with “my pleasure” I love it. The shakes are also great I recommend the strawberry one.
Quick and simple great comfort food if this is what your looking for! They have chicken noodle 🍜, Mac and cheese, and chicken nuggets with alot of different dipping sauces to choose from... ohhh and the peppermint shake around the holidays so delicious 😋. If your thinking about it just do it so good 😉!
Food has always been on point, chicken is juicy, spicy, tasty and hot. The waffle fries nicely salted, crispy edges n soft, sauces are amazing and the southwest salad has so many flavors that it's always a fresh tasty bite each time. Service is consistent, occasionally they will forget something clso check your order before leaving. No complaints here, kids hubby and I enjoy their food and going there today!
It’s 2pm on a Friday, the 2 lanes in the drive thru are busy. I come in the line is of about 5 people before me. It takes about 5 minutes for me to order and I’m greeted my this very nice gentleman Johnny. He speaks gently and proceeds to take my order. He patiently waits when I hesitate for a quick moment. He continues by asking me what kind of sauces I’d like have pointing to actual sauce that he has lined up next to him. In addition to my drinks he offers a cup of water to which I replied yes.
What a nice experience to come in here and have my order taken by an employee who knows what customer service is. Thank you Johnny and kudos to Chick-fil-A for hiring him!
As I’m writing this message Mathew passes by to ask if I’m done with my food and I kindly reply yes thank you to which he replies “My pleasure” as he takes my tray.
Line moved fast, staff was friendly and food was good. Got the spicy deluxe chicken sandwhich and chicken-n-strips. The spicy chicken had a bit of a kick to it, was better than I expected. Chicken-n-strips were good the BBQ sauce wasn't bad. Parking was interesting and that's the only reason they didn't get 5 stars.

This place really does have some good chicken and the workers are always really nice. There isn't one employee that has ever had attitude or act like you bother them. Which is very rare. Everywhere usually has atleast 1 employee who hates customers! Anyway, they are always very nice and pretty fast at getting you your food. The ONLY reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they do not have an inside seating/dining area for people to sit and eat INSIDE. They Do have tables outside but that's not the same. Especially if it's cold or raining. But that's All, love their chicken nuggets!!!
Everytime I've gone to a chick-fil-a, I have been impressed with their service...this place is no different.
This location has a play area for kids if you're into that kind of stuff... Which also means that there will be more kids running around. Wasn't too bad, most of the noise was contained on the other side of the glass.
First time I visited this place; I just had to see what all the hype was...
It didn't disappoint 👍🏼👍🏼Great food, and delicious sauces, 😋 but what's the best for me, was their customer service 👏🏼
If you're anywhere near The Plant/Monterey and Tully, come check them out. I haven't visited any other Chick-fil-A restaurants, but this one I can vouch is worth the drive.
The food was good for sure, but I was shocked by how polite and helpful all the staff was. Even had table bussers asking if we needed any sauce or refills. Amazing.
