This place is ALWAYS amazing! I grew up in San Jose and moved away 24 years ago. When I come back to visit I am always happy to give them my business. Food, staff and environment is always a 10!

The food is always delicious. One of my favorites is the Rib Eye Dinner.

Wonderful deli and traditional Italian plates!
It has that cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The lasagna and chili were incredible. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu

Love this place for their meatball sandwich and their raviolis. They are our favorites. When my dad visits, he always makes a pit stop to get us lunch or dinner. They are busy during peak times around 11am and 4pm, so we try to avoid that rush.
The family that owns the restaurant is sweet and personable. They are part of the community and make sure you feel part of it as well.

Delicious Rib Eye Steak dinner meal with cheese and beef ravs on the side. Their steak is so tender and flavorful! Their food is always freshly made and bomb!!! It's definitely worth the wait in the line. You won't be disappointed with their authentic raviolis they're so good! Also had the fresh made to order Roast Beef Sandwich. Simply made with fresh ingredients just puts it over the top. If you haven't checked them out yet your seriously missing out!

Lunch here was great. Even better than I expected and my wife loved it as well. Family-run small business with people who do it right. She really wanted to get meatballs but they didn’t have that as a ride, so we just ordered the lasagna with meatballs. We actually ordered three entrees haha, but it was all tasty and it wasn’t too overwhelming.
Steak sandwich was darn good, with tender ribeye that was cooked perfectly. The ravioli were the best i’ve ever had. They were so soft they felt like gnocchi. The tomato basil cream sauce was on point as well. Can’t ask for more from this dish. The lasagna was solid, but nearly as good as the other dishes. Highly, highly recommend this spot.

My sister remembers eating their delicious raviolis (waaay back then) and this was from over a decade ago (she moved out of town since). I went for a visit because my son asked for raviolis and (highly) recommended this place in San Jose. I had to try the other dishes apart from their famous raviolis and I was not disappointed. I couldnt take a picture of the raviolis because they were too busy eating everything and didn’t want to be bothered with me asking for a quick picture perfect break. I was told, I would have to take this famous ravioli picture before I bring any of their dishes home. 🙄 in the meantime, feast on their incredibly amazing lasagna. I shall come back for more! An absolute 10/10

A small family business that we love to support. Fresh deli, huge assortment of beer, wine, breads, cheese - and the hot food counter can't be beat. Everything we have had here is DELICIOUS. Always recommend- meat ravioli with tomato basil sauce, ribeye steak, meatball sandwich, sweet & spicy ribs and ciopinno when they have it. I'm also a fan of the bread and side salad with creamy italian dressing 😋 They don't disappoint!

The great Deli store in the neighbourhood of San Jose. This Deli has all the delicious stuffs you’re looking for when you’re hungry. Their ribeye steak sandwich is the best you can get. They have great salads as well. They have great items that you can get from their little grocery store and some great wines and beers that come from worldwide! Sea food and special cut meats are also their specialty. It gets so busy during lunch and dinner time and so hard to get a table and even harder to get parking..you need to wait or just give up. But the wait is all worth it, I guarantee you, you’ll come back for another try.

Super fun deli shop to visit. Their burgundy spaghetti sauce could use less salt. So many choices between the beers, sandwiches, hot foods, desserts, very fine wines, and a little grocery shopping. The side salad with bacon bits and fresh chopped tomatoes is throw back memorable with blue cheese dressing reminiscent of an iceberg wedgie salad. Outdoor picnic tables offer a quick break for those who can't wait to bring it home! Leave the word diet at home and splurge here.

I asked about gluten free at the hot steam table. They custom made made a to go dinner of ribs, salad and chili. Replacing the pasta and bread. Love their customer service and ability to help special dietary needs.

Went on a Friday night. Parking lot is full, and the few tables outside were all taken. It has a neighbor vibe, and folks working there seemed to know a lot of the customers and we're super friendly to all.
Food was yummy and reasonably priced. They had a great cheese, meat, and pasta collection.
The reason of the 4 star review is due to the wait. We were there for about 70 minutes before we were able to get food takeout. Will go again, but definitely at a less busy time.

I'm actually embarrassed to admit that I've lived in San Jose for over a decade now and this was my very first visit to Antipastos'. For all these years I've been traveling to Willow Glen for fresh ravs and pasta, but now I have a choice to stay in my backyard!
It is tucked in the East Side hills, and parking is a bit cramped. The deli is fairly spacious with seating on both ends of this family owned/run place. I've been here twice now in the past few weeks and each time there were folks lined up for the goods.
After ordering, our food was delivered to our table within minutes. Gino (one of the owners) made sure we were comfortable and took care of us from start to finish. My meatball sandwich was the highlight of my week! It was moist, flavorful, and packed the perfect amount of cheese and marinara sauce. My son had the Ribeye Steak Dinner and felt it was the best steak he's had in a while. It was cooked to perfection and is not something you can typically order/eat at your local deli. I could go on and on, but just know that you shouldn't wait a decade to visit this place!

Italian delicatessens are getting harder and harder to come bye.
I stopped in today to get some Deli meats, the place is cozy and humble. The people behind the counter are super nice and I can tell that this place has a lot of repeat customers because they seemed too know everyone by name.
As I was picking out the Italian meats I wanted, I looked behind me and saw some beautiful loaves of bread. I asked the person behind the counter if they were fresh? He said yes we make them here every morning, “wow!!” And they had no less then 3 different kinds too. So of corse I had to get me some of that. They have a lot of cured meats as well as fresh beef and sausages I was impressed that they actually had pancetta (got me 3/4 lbs of that, great for cooking with) I ended up leaving there with 1/2 lb. of prosciutto di Parma, 1/4 lb. of suprasetta and 1/2 lb. of roast beef.
This place has home made Ravioli and I hear they make a mean meatball sandwich at their sandwich counter. they also have hard to come bye Italian candy called Turròne. One last note...they do. Catering. “Next time I’m giving the meatball Sammy a try, and maybe some Ravioli’s too C;”
