Mcdonald's

Went through The drive-through today and I ordered my two toddlers a kids meal each I had to repeat myself twice and I get to the window and I see the only charged me for one, I simply asked the lady if she can charge me again at the window and she refused to help me I asked to speak to a manager and the shift lead and he was unable to help stating the fact that he could not take money from the drive-through window which made absolutely no sense. The kid himself did not look OK to be working. That teenager at the window as well was very rude and I just cannot believe she kept slamming that drive-through window on me and pretty much just tossing my food I have never dealt with this kind of service anywhere usually if somethings wrong I just wipe it off and because a lot of the times the managers are able to help but this case everyone there refused to help me at that window she made me get back in line and we order a kids meal that was their mistake

Horrible service after waiting in line for over an hr to find out none of the Frappuccino smoothies or anything similar to that worked we couldn't get out of the line we ended up ordering ice cream for it to be done so poorly, and the costumer service was unpleasant after an hr of wait for them not to have what we specifically went for, the employee was not even paying attention to what I was saying and at the end he said well we can't do anything do you want to leave. Like really how can I drive off I guess he wanted me to fly off.. and to top it all off when we go to pay I noticed the place was dirty trash all over the floor and the employee's standing around talking. That explained why the line was moving so slow, so much to complain about that I will just stop here, I rather drive farther to another location. You can see in the pictures how poorly the ice cream Sunday was done and how it was not even clean.

This will be the slowest Mcds you will ever visit but there’s kind of a reason for it. I went in for an order of fries and a pie and waited 20 minutes, along with about 15 other people from both inside and the drive thru line who were also waiting a ridiculous time for their fast food. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and confused but most importantly, most of the staff that I witnessed seemed legitimately mentally challenged. I do NOT want to insult or poke fun at anyone who suffers from any type of disability like this but it seems most of the staff did fall under this category and I am not trying to be funny or insulting. I was about to lose my patience but upon seeing the demographic of the staff, I thought better of it, waited for my order and moved on. So just know, they very likely mean well but you will be in for a very long wait and just try to have some patience for them. It’s good to see that they can still be gainfully employed and contribute to the degree that they can.
