Domino's Pizza

Last time giving them a try....I made an order online and was given an estimated time 35-45 minutes. 1 hr 15mins later after nothing. Even though the delivery status said delivered so I called to find out there it was and was on hold for 20 minutes before I hungafter they answered and the put me back on hold without saying anything to me. I checked outside my house several times and found nothing then 1hr 45mins later the food was outside my house. No one rang the doorbell would have been out there all night if I wouldn't have continued to check. Pizza weren't even cut, and all of the food was cold. Will not be ordering from here again.

The staff did not greet anyone as we walked into the store. There were 3 people ahead of me for pizza pick up and no one bothered to assist the customers until I requested help. The pizza didn't seem fully cooked because the veggies were just sitting in top, the crust wasn't toasted, and the cheese was just not for fully melted. They did apologize for the wait but I won't be using this location again.

Horrible rude. Refused to provide my food. App said it was ready. Walked in, paid for my order, watched the 6-7 employees talk about other orders while I saw one of my pizzas sitting on the counter waiting to be cut. Food was not ready. Pizza stayed on the counter had flies land on it, another customer walks in and gets his order, and when I asked for a new one the supervisor threw in the trash very angry. Order #: 17942 Date: 05/30/2022 3:19PM Carryout Time: Approximately 8-18 minutes took about over an hour for my elderly mother to pick up her pizza She kept asking and telling them that it was already Ready they ignored her multiple times. they kept saying that they can't help they were busy with other orders. They finally decide to help her or rather try to get her to leave and they type in my number to bring up order info. Turns out it was ready this entire time. This place is a trash can! Never ordering here again.

Dominos on san jacinto state st. And ramona never answers their phone. You try it. They always say. Sorry we are busy. I understand but at least answer. Inside employees do not even look at you or offer their help. I have seen bad reviews on this place. I wonder if the supervisor looks at them or ignores them.

I placed a phone order at 6pm on Dec 11th and was told my orders would be ready in 13-15mins. I arrived here to get my pizza at 6:20 pm and was told that my pizza was not placed in the oven yet, and I have to wait 30 more minutes. It is now 730pm and I am still waiting for my pizza. This is terrible service for this establishment. I am at a loss for words. Definitely not coming here again.
