Their signature sandwich on that great bread was worth it. Every bite was full of flavor and was moist and delicious with the onion jam providing a extra happy tang. I could have eaten it all day.

Really good porcetta sandwich (great bun too) and the roast chicken with potatoes cooked in chicken fat is amazing. The skin is not too oily and well-charred. Seasoned well and not dry at all

I stood in line this afternoon to try your porchetta sandwich. Gorgeous day so the wait wasn't too bad. Great idea and concept 💡! HOWEVER! Very overwhelming herbs flavor, you can barely taste the porchetta. The porchetta was extremely fatty and greasy ( for real) . The Rugola idea is simply ridiculo
