This modest mom & pop place makes without a doubt the best cappuccino in San Francisco. It's creamy and the foam rises from the cup majestically. You get foam with every sip. The food is fresh always and tasty, nothing fussy. Mom and Pop don't seem friendly at first but when you get to know them they are quite warm. Give this little hole in the wall a try!

It’s fine, but charging me an extra .50 cents to toast my bagel? An extra .50 for butter? An extra $1.00 for cream Cheese? Where in the world does a cafe charge people for the electricity/labor to toast the bread and then not include the butter? First world problems I know but lord, that’s milking your customers at every chance!! Surprised you didn’t charge me for the tissue/napkin!

Cafe Luna is a great find! It's fair to expect good service and tasty food. The front seating area is comfortable, yet there's plenty of demand to want to sit by the windows. Sometimes the lunchtime crowd is a youthful high-school crowd from the high-school nearby. There are plenty of tasty full meals and lighter items (like a bagel) that can feed any appetite.
