Stopped here for lunch and got their Thai Salad special. Very pleased with the choice. Recommend eating in because you get the feel of an Urban San Fran restaurant. Additional seating is upstairs too. The sandwiches were also great and the serving size is large enough.
Awesome place and I frequently visit here for lunch while I'm at SF for work. They have specials that change every day/week. I mostly tend to order the specials and always liked it. Sandwiches and soups are delicious here. The seating is spread out at different levels and I like the overall experience.
Went there for the first time and I can tell it will be a fav spot. It's located in the beautiful-unique Galleria building in the design district. Comfort food, great tasty sandwiches and the soup of the day was yummy! The cool part about this spot is that it's located in the center of design, so design is all around you and has a very cool outdoor seating area, this is very urban-trendy SF.
This is a great place to grab a quick bite. It has some amazing sandwiches. You can either get entire sandwich or you can get half sandwich and soup. They also give free bread and butter as appetizers for free .There are only few places in the area where you can dine in for under $11 and this is one of them. Definitely check it out.
This is a great spot for a mid day lunch. They have some health options and some less healthy. I like the meatball sandwich. This place is in the same resturant group as Dos Pinas a few blocks away.
Tasty lunch place around the SoMA/Potrero/Design Center area. Their salads are just the right size... Spiro's Plate and the Greek Salad are my defaults, but whenever I feel like mixing it up, their daily specials are also delicious. Sandwiches, from what I hear from our co-workers, are also really amazing. And if it's a nice, sunny, token California day in San Francisco? Grab a table outside and get some of that sunshine.
So why one star short of a perfect score? The wait can be long. I suppose good food takes time, but I never understood why it would take an average of 20 minutes to order a simple soup/salad combo. The key here is order online (try to order an hour and a half prior), identify your pick-up time, and grab your lunch as scheduled.
And Caffee Pazzo - please put the Kale/Quinoa salad back on the dailies? Keep up the good work otherwise.
