Taqueria Guadalajara

Terrible experience at Taqueria Guadalajara waste of time, mean lady at Taqueria Guadalajara in San Francisco treat customers rude!!!, I order food for a six man work crew on April 5th at 11:19 am for a lunch break using Uber Eats, and when the food was delivered there was only one burrito and maybe two or three tacos, so the work crew and I decided to walk to the restaurant to explain the wrong order and hopefully they will fix the order and we will there, so on arrival I ask to speak with a supervisor or a manager about the wrong order and I was told there is no manager or supervisor, so I ask who can help us to fix the wrong order? Then the lady at the counter started raising her voice at me, this was very embarrassing as customers watch her behavior being very rude and because of her raising her voice at me, I ask for a refund, we was very disappointed with her customer service, then she made a phone call and had us waiting for over 25 minutes, this was very unpleasant for me and the work crew because we was on a lunch break expecting, this should had be a easy thing to fix Taqueria Guadalajara. We did get this on recording of the lady at the cashier being rude, raising her voice and being a mean person, I would never come back Taqueria Guadalajara. I did receive my request for a refund from Uber Eats.

Delicious taqueria food in a pleasant environment. After the intensity of the low-riders on Mission street, we were looking for a quiet place to get some tacos and burritos. Guadalajara was exactly what we were looking for. The super carne asada taco and pollo asado burrito were outstanding, easily some of the best Mexican food we have had in years. Even the chips were particularly tasty. The restaurant had beautiful murals of traditional Mexican scenes, and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is definitely a place to visit the next time I am in the Mission district. It was so much more pleasant than the overcrowded taquerias we abandoned on Mission street. A real find!

Disgusting. Ordered six tacos (for $25!!!) to go, verified my order with two people. Got home and had only five. Soggy, cold and not what I ordered. Obviously had been sitting for hours. Threw them out so as not to get sick. Waste of time and $. Didn’t go back because there wasn’t anywhere to park the first time.
