La Copa Loca

Had a very tasty banana/Nutella crepe to go. The vanilla sorbet was kind of gross, though. My mistake for thinking that could be good. I'll try one of the fruitier sorbets next time. Edit: Hi, Mauro. Can't figure out how to reply so I'm just editing my review. I generally try to avoid milk, and remember mentioning this to the staff and asking them to choose a sorbet that would go well with the crepe. But maybe there was a miscommunication because it sounds like what they gave me was a vanilla gelato instead!

Awesome gelato shop in the Mission District. They have quite a few offerings with interesting flavors. I'm lactose intolerant, so it was cool to see that they had a wide array of non-dairy options. Pictured is the dragon fruit sorbet. It was unbelievably purple--made with all natural ingredients. No food coloring added!

OMG what an amazing little gem! Our family doesn't do dairy, so to have such a wide (and delicious) variety to choose from was a real treat. Sooo many yummy sorbet flavors that are hard to find (like dragon fruit, mamey, cardamom and kiwi). Plus wonderful gelato standbys like stracciatella, chocolate hazelnut, and lemon sorbet. The gents were remarkably helpful and offered suggestions on different flavor pairings. And you can get a couple flavors YAY! We were nearly overwhelmed with delicious options - but that just means more visits LOL Looking forward to our next visit! (Our family loved our sorbets: black cherry, mixed berry, orange cardamom, kiwi, dragon fruit, mango, tamarind, and dark chocolate)
