Abrazo - San Francisco - Photo album

Cool Spanish joint in Russian Hill. A very tasty tapas spot with an even better drink menu. To start off, they had a beautiful meat and cheese board. The garlic shrimp probably the best item they have, was heavenly. The oysters were very fresh and of good quality. They had some delicious desserts as
-humo y seco (smooth with a smoky aftertaste) -grilled octopus (perfect crunch) -bone marrow (highlight of the meal, could use more bread slices) -pork loin (some parts were juicy, other parts were a bit dry) -bunuelos with ice cream, hazelnut, and meyer lemon Amanda and bartender provided friendly
Great tapas spot in Russian Hill/North Beach area. We had a large group for dinner and tried much of the menu. Everything was delicious with beautiful presentation. One of the faves was the bone marrow but every plate went back clean. We ate in the main dining area, which is airy and full of natural
Great tapas spot in Russian Hill/North Beach area! Everything we tried was delicious - the croquetas were super crispy, the salad was incredibly refreshing, and the potatoes were roasted to perfection and saucy! The mains were so well portioned and delicious as well - the pork chop was super tender
I should start by declaring that I was not the one who paid, and that does make a difference. They were short on vegetarian options, so they made me an off-menu vegetarian pasta, which, surprisingly, was the best meal-out that I had in San Francisco this week. Pro-tip: don't order ice-cream after ea
Flavor and Aesthetics. All dishes were delicious and beautifully plated. We also had cocktails and they were perfectly executed. The "La Quemada" was particularly good if you like rye and Manhattan type drinks. They also have a good wine selection. The paella was good and service was quick.  Portion
Had a great experience here. The Gambas are flavorful with a slice spice, but the real highlight is the chicory salad. Amazing combination of bitter, fat, sweet and tart in a unique way. Also great vibes
What an amazing culinary experience! My husband and I stumbled upon this great restaurant and decided to stop and eat something as we were veeeery hungry. Boy, did we eat. We had a three course meal - appetizers, main dish and dessert. Our waiter was very friendly and had great recommendations. This
Great place, the food felt very authentic and well made! The only damper was the service which was extremely slow... We were seated in the back room and the waiter would only stop by every 5-10 minutes. We ordered the drinks first and they took 15+ minutes to get to us (even the water!) and we were
Absolutely amazing culinary experience. The atmosphere is very nicely put together and the staff were friendly and helpful. Had the roasted chicken and the pork tenderloin and both were exceptional. We topped our meal off with their lovely panna cotta dessert and left full and happy. Definitely reco
This place is renovated on the basis of a traditional Spanish restaurant and turns into a modernized Spanish place. The presentation looks great, size is delicate, taste is superb and the ingredients are absolutely in the high quality. Hurry up to be here before it becomes another Michelin-Starred r
Cozy and intimate in the heart of Russian Hill with super friendly and attentive staff. We had the Seasonal House Bread, which was delicious, warm and crusty, with a flavorful mixture of cherry tomatoes, shallots, fines herbes, and smoked paprika olive oil. The Charred Octopus was cooked perfectly -
We stuck with some classic tapas and they were all delicious, as was the sangria. We took a try with the grilled stone fruit and duck confit and it was the best of the night. Service was very attentive without being annoying.
What an amazing place! I had the Chicken-Potato Soup, Petrale Sole and Vanilla Ice Cream. All three dishes were absolutely delicious. The service was also 10/10 excellent - friendly, attentive and had some great recommendations. Thank you!
Exquisite food, delicious flavors, incredible service. Chef Mike is super nice and visited our table after each course to check in. Lots of ambience being in an old meat market with the iron meat racks still on the ceilings. A culinary delight and can't wait to visit again! 🍷🍷
Party of 4, we ordered only appetizers and drinks which filled us up. Very unique menu. Charred octopus, Tortilla Española, steak tartare, and pictured below the house made bread and meat/cheese board to name a few.
Awesome neighbourhood gem. Small and cozy, with excellent attention from the host/chef. We stuck with grazing small plates and were not disappointed. Highly recommend.
