I've never had anything here except the Pho Ga -- it's so good, that's all I'll get. The ginger scallion dip is also very good. Service is fast, it's cheap. I miss going here once a week.
Good food and service, hot green tea goes complimentary. We ordered beef noodle soup and fried noodles with beef and vegetables 👍🏻👍🏻
good food, good prices! We Came as a family trip to Chinatown. There was 20 of us. The waiter did everything in his power to take good care of us. Food was served quickly and was very tasty. Kind of a small restaurant but they still manage to fit all of us together in one long table.
Their main chicken noodle soup is simple but well balanced flavor. Broth has some grease, which I prefer but for those who wants very lean broth might not take. Served with ginger scallion side sauce to dip the chicken in. Chicken is tender and not dry and broken into perfect bite size pieces. I lov
Mongolian beef over rice was the best I had in a long time. This restaurant usually doesn't disappoint. Other outstanding dishes are beef chow fun, beef stew noodles and a variety of porridges. The wait person in the afternoon provides excellent customer service and is very efficient. Highly recomme
The wontons were good but the proteins left a lot to be desired.
Great tasting noodles, particularly their shredded chicken pho. The chicken pieces would be even nicer if the prices are more finely shredded. The size was good and price is reasonable. Pity they didn’t have the typical coconut drink. Service was good and friendly by a fairly senior waiter who r
I ordered the WOR WONTON SOUP w/EXTRA WONTON & it was absolutely perfectly flavorful broth, thin delicate noodle, juicy meat filling and fresh green onion tender carrot slices.
DELICIOUS! The number 13 is fantastic. Best beef broth I have ever had!!! The noodles were a bit thinner and smaller than I am used to but it was still one of the best bowls of pho I have ever eaten!!! I'll be coming back.
Very clean restaurant. This is where I go to satisfy my craving of chicken pho when I don't want to go to Turtle Tower. The nice thing about Joy Hing is for their chicken pho, the noodles soup comes along with a side of ginger scallion sauce which show this restaurant is more Chinese than Vietnamese
Don't miss this hidden treasure tucked into downtown San Francisco complete with a rich historical significance, charming "Mom and Pop" atmosphere and super delicious food. Be sure to read the novel: "The First Chinese American President of the United States" written by my new friend (and server) K
Noodles dishes are meh. Get the pho, very atheutic and flavorful
we walked in during Xmas day and this place is very clean, server is very friendly and the food come up fast. We love the pork with the preserved egg porridge, so does the noodle soup!
Pro - good Chinese restaurant with many offerings. I had the pho chicken soup. The food taste good! :) Con - maybe add more vegetables to the soup.
