Wild Pepper - San Francisco - Photo album

This cool place unfairly missing at least +1 star! It was recommended to visit as “the best Chinese food by low prices near Mission” by one of my friends and it really worth a try. I’d say it even worth my regular visits since then(: Very quite and clean restaurant on the intersection with amazingly
Ate here on 2.19.2023. Got the Mountain City Chicken for $16 and white rice for $2. I got 10 bone-in chickens. Really delicious. Really crispy and crunchy skin with juicy meat inside. The marinade was excellent, very flavorful but not one-note spicy or sweet. Very rich flavors. I would definitely ea
I strongly recommend the wild pepper, the service is wonderful, the servings generous. The food is excellent, and reasonably priced. It is not a large location but not crowded either. Many regulars frequently eat here. The decor is beautiful and traditional, with modern accents. A well hidden j
I had lunch. It was main dish (chicken, salmon etc.) with rice and soup and I asked for chow mein instead of rice for additional 1$. The total price was 15$ Unfortunately soup wasn’t tasty at all, but chow mein with salmon and asparagus was fine
The best Chinese food in America. The veggies are really fresh. The food is super good.
This might have been the best fried rice I’ve ever had! Sooo good. Fast and friendly service.

Great hole in the wall. The selections are amazing and the vegetarian offerings are not only plentiful but delicious. Totally recommend the dumplings and the veggie rolls, which were fresh, hot, and super tasty. Definitely a place to check out or order out from. My only issue with it was that I had
This is a lovely, neighborhood Chinese restaurant! We frequently get lunch and dinner takeout - the food is always fast, fresh, and tasty. They are very friendly, the place is clean, and it’s good portion size/prices too :) We love having this as our local takeout!
This is my favorite place in SF. I got it for the first time at work months ago, I ordered my favorite dish in general- BBQ pork egg foo young. It was heaven. When I was a kid my family would go to a restaurant called Flamingo's in Sacramento. I loved their egg foo young and ordered it every time I
Okay folks, you know there's restaurants everywhere you go. But the Wild Pepper killed it! My first time here - ever. First, we ordered an appetizer combination plate. Take that back...first we ordered hot Sake and tea was delivered to our table. The War Wonton soup was hot and delicious. We all thr
Love eating at this place. Total hole in the wall but the food is amazing and the atmosphere is simple.
I love Wild Pepper (Chinese Food) because the way I feel after eating here. You can eat a large portion but not feel like you just ate a balloon. You can see and taste the quality of the food. It's a small place but you can seat down and enjoy every single bite of food here. A small groups (about 6)
I had relatively low expectations - and they were wildly exceeded! Delivery was fast, food was hot and delicious, price was great - overall A+ I was especially impressed that the Salt and Pepper Fish, which is deep fried, showed up hot and crunchy - it is hard to deliver deep fried food well, and
This review has been delayed because frankly I did not want to share my secret! But it is time to reveal my love of this place in the hopes that it continues to stay in business. Wild pepper is amazing, my go to Chinese restaurant in the city a friend and I come here almost every Sunday. The ambianc
