Tamashi - San Francisco - Photo album

Good selection of rolls, friendly staff, and usually easy to get a spot w/out stressing like the rest of the neighborhood. Favorite is Crazy in Love Roll (torched salmon, avocado, topped w spicy tuna) Good for take out, a date, or quick drop in. I've come w friends for a bday dinner. Staff struggled
Decent sushi place - more modern than a traditional sushi restaurant. Smaller food menu. Good sake selection (although much overpriced in my opinion). The salmon isn’t wild so it made me question their other fish sourcing. Stuck with veggie rolls. The rolls I did have were good. Not at all tradition
Easy to get a reservation online ahead of time. Food was good but nothing spectacular. Service was nice but it took us 45 minutes to get our 4 sushi rolls for 4 people. There are heaters for the outside seating.
This is our favorite sushi spot! Luckily, it's right down the hill from us, but the service is amazing and the food has always been high quality (and at a good price). The manager and staff make us feel like it's our Cheers of sushi - highly recommend!
Happy hour gyoza 🥟 and a 9$sake/Sapporo combo got me!! Sushi was good and so was the service! 🙏🏽
The atmosphere is amazing for the price you pay. The waitress genuinely delivers good service and took out my friend's order or Yuzu Palmer because she didn't like it. The wait time for food was a bit long which always gets to me. The rolls were delicious. Overall I liked it a lot and would definite
Overall great experience. My girlfriend and I had our 1st date there and the service was memorable. I made reservations a day in advance, told the manager it would be our 1st date and he assured me that we would have a good table. We had a table as soon as we arrived and the food was excellent. The
My absolute favorite sushi restaurant in San Francisco. I go here regularly. The rolls are large and not overpriced, the sake is good, and their cooked food is also really tasty. The service is amazing which is also a huge factor in my frequent returns.
100% my favorite sushi spot in the neighborhood. They have some great spicy rolls and some great baked rolls. Chefs are nice, wait staff is nice. Lovely place.
Had a quick dinner here, and it wouldn’t be possible without the prompt, pleasant and polite service. Great staff, keep it up! Food was good as well. I wish there was a bit more variety in the menu. The Shishito peppers were awesome, they were mixed with octopus and dried and salty tuna bits, which
This place is phenomenal, hands down some of the best Sushi in this town!! Sushi lovers, get ready for a taste explosion in your mouth. I would usually recommend one really good thing on the menu, but at this little gem of a place, the whole menu is delicious!
new sushi bar located on Union St in the marina. Friendly staff and decent sushi. there are a few other sushi spots that I think are better but they tend to be crowded. the good thing about this spot is they are never full and getting a table is rather easy. the owner is super friendly and always th
What Tomashisoul lacks in service they make up for and more in their food. This place absolutely executes from apps to mains and just barely misses when it comes to service. If they nail that, I think this is one of the better sushi experiences in SF. However, I’ve returned a few times and though th
Great, fast service. Have had most of the menu and yet to find a roll I don't like. Tamashi on fire is the way to go. For the marina, it's probably the best sushi in this price range.
This is my go to sushi spot! They have a fantastic contemporary atmosphere that is a little packed but adds to the vibe. The garlic edamame is no joke- there is enough garlic to kill a tribe of vampires (in a good way!). They also have great market price fresh nigiri dishes that I would recommend sp
