Amorino Gelato

Had some delicious gelato here last night about a hour before close. The line was out the door, but there was only one guy working behind the counter. I was truly impressed with his patience and resilience while everyone was asking for samples. He kept a smile on the whole time, even though it was a very frustrating scenario. I wanted to give him a big thanks for his hard work! I hope he is compensated well for working solo during the busy holiday shopping season. I really enjoyed the gelato and will be back soon!

I visited the store when it was less crowded and thanks to google reviews, I knew I had to go to the cashier first. The prices are only displayed at the cashier so I would have gone to the cashier anyway. But I appreciate that if there was a long queue of people who have already paid and were waiting for the ice cream a new customer might be confused. Anyway, the price was pretty decent and it was good quality gelato. Good texture and the flavours I chose were not excessively sweet. I wouldn't say that was the best ever, but anything better costs more (and some that cost more aren't as good). I'll be back to try different flavours.

Good ice cream shop in a convenient location near chinatown. Lots to choose from. Normal touristy prices. The only thing that got me was the staff was unfriendly and rude. I had never been there before and did not know you paid and then picked our ice cream. The gentleman was super rude about it. Otherwise a good choice for ice cream.
