Mehfil Indian Restaurant - San Francisco - Photo album

Pretty good lunch spot. Tasty food served quickly by a very friendly server. Lamb korma was good with an ample portion of meat, some pieces were a little dry.
Visited the place in October 2019 during the business visit. The place is located in central place. I decided to sit outside as internal place is little dull. The best part was the food. The chef is really good and know how to mix proper Indian species. We order some paneer (cheese) and Dal (Lentils
Went to have dinner here. Service was quick. Loved the food quality. We ordered fish tandoori, chapati and chicken tikka masala. It was great. Food was hot, adequate quantity and tasty. There is washroom, parking is little difficult since it is on downtown.
I’ve been coming here for lunch for years now working in downtown. Their lunch bowls are a perfect portion and if I’m feeling a little extra hungry I’ll add naan. For $7-$8, this is the most fairly priced lunch you’ll find in the city and I’ll continue coming here most days of the week just for the
The best Indian food , with the best prices! There lunch box special is only $7 everyday!! The people who work there are so nice too, when I first went there I wasn't sure what to order ,I just knew I was in the mood for something good! And that's what I got. Highly recommend this place. Best food,
I reluctantly ordered the chicken tika masala because I didn’t want to be cliché but I’m glad I did. It was very good. I also had the samosas and they were amazing. Highly recommended.
My heuristic for finding great Indian restaurants is: less hoity toity decor, more Indian customers = better food ... didn't lead us wrong this time. The location is humble, but we asked for our food extra spicy, and it was fire.
We came here randomly because it was one of the very few restaurants still opened after 9:00pm. The owners are super nice and welcoming, food was delicious, prices are incredibly affordable for the quality delivered. Strongly recommended.
Overall the food was okay, and price was reasonable. But they add a service charge and just say the total amount (if you do not ask for a breakdown), which can be a bit confusing. So the total cost is food + tax + service charge + tips (if you want to add).
There is nothing much to complain about here. Food is decent. I won't call it great given it's in Bay area and in here you will find absolutely amazing tasting Indian food. But overall food is good. I ordered Panner Makhani which was slightly on the tangy side. The ambience is average. Overall this
