There are not enough words to describe the experience at Fresca Nuevo... It's is truly an experience. My lovely Bride and I shared a Pisco Sour, Ceviche Carretillero and the Salmon Cesar (so very good). And topped the lunch off with dessert of the Peruvian donut! Just go experience and enjoy! You'
Fresca Restaurant, he says it's one of the best rotisserie chicken joints in the city. I came down to Corta Madera to eat with my pal Ol Buckethead Joe, maybe grab some seafood in Sausalito or something, and he tells me we gotta go across the bay to a Restaurant called Fresca. I told him I'm not p
I came here on a company off-site. I got the lomito libre with garlic fries. It was delicious. For appetizer i tried the empanadas and yucca fries. Both were very good. The service was great. Really really nice Peruvian food! While finding parking nearby is indeed a hassle (there's a lot 2 blocks down), it all pays up with the tastiness of their food and warm nature of the staff. The Tallarin Saltado was a genuinely impressive dish, combining Asian and Latin American traits. So was the
