Lobster Me

I want to commend the service received from the lady working the counter here. She was incredibly friendly and engaging during the ordering process. The food itself was good too- I had the Lobster roll (which is their specialty) BLT style with a side of lobster bisque. Soup was great, although not nearly as hot as it should be. Slightly expensive for a food court offering but it was lobster, so understandable.

Tasty. Very filling. Good prices. Great location. The bread for the lobster roll was rather small so I ordered the Crab and Lobster Grilled Cheese Sandwich instead. When I also ordered the $10 Crab fries the cashier offered to upgrade the waffle fries that come with the sandwich to crab fries instead saving me $6. Thought that was a very nice thing to do considering most places want to get as much of your money as they can.

If someone was going to do a fast-seafood restaurant, Lobster Me did pretty well. I'm a seafood addict, so the ability to get something fast and done nicely always draws me to this place. My favorite is the Lobster Roll, though in a perfect world it would be slightly less cooked. I'm also a big fan of the chowders, which are delicious down to the oyster crackers. A+ for a friendly and helpful staff, patient even with the longest lines and the slowest customers. You'll get a pager after ordering - it covers most of the food court, so pick any comfortable spot to sit.

I got excited on my most recent visit to Frisco to see my Cousin who just had a baby girl. I didn't even know there was a location in San Fran, honestly I had no clue so this was a surprise. Now at least I have eaten at Lobster ME in Vegas prior so I knew what to expect and they did not disappoint! What we ordered: The traditional Lobster Roll (maine style of course) Lobster Mac and Cheese We split an order of chowder Yum Yum and Yum! I really enjoyed my Lobster Roll, it is classic and you can never go wrong with this tasty item. The Lobster is great, I like that it is simple and not too saucy. I have been to other joints that put too much stuff in the mix and at Lobster ME the Lobster is the Star as it should be! I really like the bread, it has a good texture as well. I am a bread person so this roll is the real deal. I am happy to report the consistency with this joint, I was hoping it would be as great as the other locations I have been to and it was. The Staff is Awesome, they really know their menu and had some great input. The Lobster Mac and Cheese was ridiculous good. Next time I will order that also and have it all to myself. The Chowder was bomb, it was a good appetizer for us two gals to split.

Went there 4/3/17 around 3p.First time back in 10years and the gentleman that rang me up was informative, helpful, and friendly. The lobster roll-old bay was juicy and delicious. I also had the clam chowder soup and fried clam chowder and all were above my expectations.Im definitely coming back or maybe they can ship it to Texas for me. Loved the service and impressed by the food.
