Excited to check off this ramen spot! We saw they do this duck truffle ramen on a 2022 menu posted in Google map. That seems to be gone now (we saw truffle ramen with no mention of duck). I tried the 'Chuuka men' here. They include wood-ear mushroom and pork (which is pretty standard), but they also include yuzu zest in it! It's definitely different than any other ramen I've had before, very mild in flavor.
I will have to come back and try their other varieties.
As the previous reviews state, the woman running this thing is truly a gem! They have a Ramen of the Day which like CMON and I had to get it when she said it was hot Korean spiced. Absolutely no notes, loved it, love her!
