Pomelo On Judah - San Francisco - Photo album

Overall it was a good take out experience. The food was delicious and the portion well sized. I asked to remove the pork from my dish which they agreed but were not willing to replace it with anything else so that disappointed me and they barely put any shrimp. I got the Manila and I’d recommend try
Best food in the neighborhood! Happy to be able to dine in now. Love the Ahi w/ Garlic Noodles.
Their Havana is consistently delicious. Quite a few good combinations on this dish, such as the chipotle ginger tofu
Quaint yet cozy with excellent cuisine. It's a special friend who owns and manages Pomelo.
I've been here many times and I love the intimacy of this place. You can sit right next to the kitchen and watch them cook your meal! Somewhat romantic. They also have quite a variety of food here with unique dishes. The prices are somewhat high but the food is delicious. Great, small little place
A cozy Asian-fusion/international kitchen that is literally a kitchen with a few tables + counter. I've had the brunch on the Church location and it has a similar, small but cozy vibe. This location only had lunch and dinner and quite different hours. I had the Lanzhou, which was Ahi tuna seared wi
I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. This is 1.5 blocks from our home and is a great dinner option for ucsf and local residents. They have some staples on the menu and change out some entrees seasonally. Global cuisine in a cozy setting, and if you sit at the bar you can watch the skilled chefs prepare th
The Gilroy baby bok choy appetizer was fresh and phenomenonal. They we're these noodles I got for dinner don't remember the name but it was like asian street noodle fusion style with fresh ingredients. Good wine and beers aswell. Friendly staff
Take out. On 3/27/2020 - Day 10 Shelter in- place. Ordered Acosta for appetizer, Havana with prawns and Shwangau with tofu. Super yummy, what a treat. Support our local restaurants by getting take out!
The food is truly spectacular!! Definitely a true gem. You can't go wrong with anything you order and they rotate the menu. Lovely service and the atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful
I discovered this place after looking for a lunch spot after weekend study sessions at the UCSF library. I now find myself coming to the library just so I can eat at Pomelo! The food is so incredibly fresh and flavorful, with unique dishes you won't find often in the city. Highlights for me are the
This is a small little cafe with a great asian/california fusion menu. The Solo is a delicious bit of noodle soup heaven. When I am starting to feel under the weather this is the best remedy. Their curry is also very flavorful. Great food and nice little spot to grab lunch.
Very tasty food with creative flavor combinations. The menu is somewhat limited but the food is well executed and there's something for everyone including venetians. A nice neighborhood restaurant.
A very nice comfortable little place with great Asian fusion food. Everything was very delicious. When we asked for a bit of fresh basil, they brought it right away. I especially recommend the Ulsan seafood pancake and the seared ahi tuna.
One of the best if not the best asian fusion restaurant I have been to. We tried the Manila and the Messina. I am part Filipino and the Manila was so good! I guess you could call this a "hole in the wall." This is a very tiny restaurant though. The tiniest I've ever seen, so not good for groups unle
Small neighborhood restaurant with global food. I have been here twice and both times loved the food. The service is good too. Open kitchen. Good wine list.
incredible food, very cute little restaurant. you MUST try the artisan german beers (schönrammar in particular). HIGHLY recommended. muchas gracias al chef!!!
I can really only speak for the Havana because once I discovered it, it's all that I've ordered since. It's a little pricey, but if you split it with someone and pair it with some homemade food or leftovers, it's perfect. And sooo delicious.
Tiny place but packed with efficiency and delicous food. The salad with soft cubes of bread was delicious. The grilled tiny carrots were yummy. Entrees were on the salty side. Noodles and thai curry. Just ok.
