Saffron Grill

This is the best Indian food I have ever had and I am an Indian food addict. Their meals are SO satisfying, I always end up taking more than half my curry home. The food here is so HEARTY. You realize that most Indian food is soupy when you eat here because their curries are THICK and flavorful. It's like actual FOOOOOD. Every dish they serve is so well prepared, I am just in love with their food. Makes me want to return and try all of their dishes, even the ones I don't normally order.

Finally decided to eat inside. I usually order delivery through doordash but even though it’s amazing, I can’t take good pictures because they’re in to go boxes. I’ve been ordering here for a while now and food has always been amazing. And whenever I’m feeling sick, their Yellow Dal is my go-to food medicine. It’s similar to a lentil soup but it has more texture and thicker. Prawn biryani is also my favorite and the only food I’ve been ordering since (including yellow daal). Food can get spicy sometimes and so make sure you specify your spice preference. Staff is also great and the lady was courteous and attentive. She made sure we have everything we need.

There are few things we look forward to as much as a warm dinner at Saffron Grill. The interior is charming in its simplicity, the staff is so kind, and the food is delicious. We’ve tried a lot of things, and we always come back to the Paneer Makhani. I’m so happy they made it through the pandemic and I look forward to continue to visit.

I ordered takeout and got paneer makhani, mix vegetable and malai kofta curry. Paneer makhani was unbelievably tasty, probably the best I have had in any Indian restaurant in US. I am definitely ordering it again from them and hope that it was not a one time fluke and it will taste just as good the next time. Malai kofta was good too although mix vegetable was just okayish mainly because it just had too much oil, so much that I couldn't even get the flavour from the spices and salt but it was still much better than what I have had at many other places. Must order paneer makhani if you go here.
