A great family run San Francisco Fish House in Fisherman’s Wharf!
We had the Clam Chowder Bread Bowl! It tasted great. The ambience was colourful with the owner and owner’s son greeting the talking with the guests.
We wished we had eaten at Capurro's sooner during our visit. The fish tacos are the best we've ever had. The service was great, the restaurant is clean and has great atmosphere. For our last meal in San Francisco we couldn't have done better. Thank you.
Took my father and brother to SF for the first time and randomly came across this restaurant cause we were just walking. Absolutely great, the owner Paul, is a very nice man, God should give him an extra 100 years of life, it’s always a great pleasure coming across people like him.

Crispy Fries with Garlic Truffle was little greasy due to the Garlic Truffle but well done. Clam Chowder can be better. Not the best of the chowders out there. Veggie Pizza ta
Experience was odd for what I thought was a high end seafood restaurant, but what I learned is Capurros was more like a European seaside shack with amazing food. You order at the counter, have a seat and they bring it to you, the choices where not extensive but every dish we had was spot on. Fish

The clam chowder in a bread bowl and Parmesan chicken sandwich were SO GOOD! I’m so glad we went here for lunch.
Dinner here on a tourist visit to San Francisco. Less busy here than the places on Pier 39. No waitress service at the tables... you order at the bar and they give you a number for your table then bring your food out. No wait to order, but we were on the 5pm early side. Not a long wait for the food.
A less busy and more economical option compared to Scoma's if you want some Italian food in the area! Delicious clam pasta and fish tacos pictured. Interior has a cozy ambiance and nice decor.
First I love how you order and pay and wait for your food. Because when you’re done you get up and leave.

It was a great late lunch with my figlia and bel posto lo adoro. It would have been five stars if one person would have come to the table and checked on us to their defense they had a very large group. Food was well put together and the atmosphere was great
