We bought many items here, the best being the piroshkis and blintz. Most of the sweets we tried were a little on the dry side. The poppy seed bread is a winner. Apricot cookie was also good.
Best Georgian food, hands down. Nearly every time we visit SF we stop here.

You can buy full size cakes for parties.
Create, authentic Russian and eastern European baked goods. Could not ask for better food at reasonable prices. A real asset to San Francisco!

Their piroshkis are gigantic and delicious and can be pretty much a meal by itself! They also have different fillings from cabbage to potato to beef and cheese. I tried the potato one and it was delicious! I also tried their cherry turnover which was also a good sized pastry.

This is the place where delicious chebureki are sold. It is a deep fried dumpling that is very popular in Eastern European countries as an appetizer. This meaty turnover with the authentic Russian flavor is a must try dish.
The lady was very kind and helpful, coming around to the counter to my side and pointing out their most popular items based on my preferences. Super tasty chocolate mishka and poppy seed items!
This is an amazing place to get traditional and cheap baked Russian goods. You can tell that the local Slavic people know about this place and come often.
