Ferry Plaza Seafood - San Francisco - Photo album

I come in here every once and awhile and I'm never disappointed! I've had the halibut, oysters, clams, ceviche and several other items on the menu but you have to order the grilled octopus!! Its one of the best in town. Here's the deal... who would ever know that olives, mushrooms and blackberries
Always good quality. Fresh!! Especially love the mixed chowder (Ute's mix). Everything I've had here is so tasty! Note that happy hour is a little on the early side if you need your raw oyster fix.
Excellent seafood! Innovative combination of flavors on every dish. Happy hour is a best kept secret. If you love oysters and Champaign this is your spot.. Bring your favorite people here for lunch, happy hour or dinner...you will not be disappointed.
I came here for lunch and it was pretty slow. The lunch menu is different than the dinner menu, and most of the photos uploaded reflects the dinner menu. We sat ourselves down and the waitress brought us our menus. There wasn't that many people in there (about 3 other parties), but the service was r
Excellent atmosphere, great location, and service! Ahi tuna tartar, calamari and stripper were outstanding. The owner caught the stripper the day before and it was prepared perfectly. We live in the neighborhood and will certainly come back!
We had a wonderful evening here and highly recommend it. Every dish we tried was flavorful - the grilled octopus, mussels, brussel sprouts (delicious), panna cotta, and lemon pudding cake. Service was warm and friendly and meeting the chef was an unexpected treat!
Hit Ferry Plaza for Happy Hour. Got seated immediately and had great service. Oysters were outstanding and the clam chowder was excellent. Will definitely return.
I just finished eating here. I've been to Sotto Mare many times and been disappointed but this place is just amazing. Great selection of oysters. The linguine vongole and brussel sprouts were superb. I rarely ever post on Google but this place definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
Oysters lovers ahoy -- this spot has upwards of 10 varietals of oysters every-single-day! Pair this with their impressive white wine and bubbly collection you've got a winning combo on the corner of Washington Square.
Came for happy hour and it's so much worth it! Prices were very reasonable and food was pretty good. Avocado and shrimp is the best.
Excellent service. I had the clam pasta and my partner had the scallop risotto. The risotto was far better, totally worth stopping by for.
Reason for score: Quality of food: 5 - Oysters were fresh and super flavorful, spinach salad and shrimp quesadilla were delish Atmosphere: 5 - Kinda modern, tasteful décor, very comfortable Service: 4 - Server was a little stand-offish at first but really warmed up Value: 5 - Happy hour prices are a
Dinner was not quick, but the flavors were good. The fish was very fresh and perfectly prepared.
Super fresh crab Louis ($18 during HH) and great dishes all around - favorite place to temporarily sneak away from rainy/fog filled SF weekends
Nothing amazing, but not bad either, pretty standard, gear happy hour oysters!
Great Oyster selection. Make sure and check out the specials on the board.
Really loved the food here, especially the seasonal seafood tower and the daily special of prosciutto and peaches
