Authentic and tasty. We had the vegetarian platter with an extra stuffed falafel with mozzarella cheese. Everything on the plate was great, the hummus, baba ghanoush, falafels were crispy and great. Will definitely visit again. Found my go to middle Eastern place especially for the falafel now.
I woke up today craving their shawarma fries. Not only does this place serve fantastic food but the owner and his staff are wonderful. We lived up the street from them during our time in SF and has so many delicious meals here. Not only that but I often dined in and relaxed knowing I would not be ru
Came in for a small snack and found that they sell cheese filled falafels!! That was enough to intrigue me so I got one and waited about 15 minutes which was a bit of time for one falafel. However when it came out I could see why. Not only was it freshly made, it was very thick! The flavor isn’t tha
All the food at Abu Salim was super delicious and generous portions! Some of the best falafel I’ve had in SF — I would highly recommend the stuffed version. The shawarma was also very flavorful and the hummus had a good consistency! The staff is also very welcoming and friendly.
Great middle eastern food and friendly staff. We spontaneously popped in and were very happy. Chicken Gyro plate, Falafel wrap, Hummus with Chicken and Tabbouleh were all great and plenty of food.
I love this place in Haight Ashbury. The food is outstanding and the stuff so beautiful and friendly. 💯 % recommend and every time again. 🙌🤍✨
Really big portions and flavorful food. Staff is friendly and kitchen works fast but I’d like to have more of mid eastern ambience in this place. My husband was happy with the falafel wrap and I would give my kebab combo plate 4 stars because beef kebab was not chewable at all. At the same time chic
HUGE portion sizes! vegan options — loved the wrap! the fries were a little soggy and not crisp but the wrap and hummus were excellent!
Delicious and authentic food! We had great service. The restaurant looks clean and is spacious.
Fantastic spot! The wait staff were very kind, the food is phenomenal, and the portions are large. I don’t like falafels but the falafels here completely changed that opinion. The shawarma fries are also crazy good. They also have baklava and kunafa which were delicious.
Incredible middle eastern food! Combo plate is perfect for two. We got extra sides. Also highly recommend eating in. Feels very family run and friendly attentive staff. Will definitely be back! Might’ve just become the go to local spot in cole valley.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I had the lamb and beef wrap. It had some of the tastiest meat I've had in a wrap in a long time. The meat was both flavorful and moist. The price was good for the size of the wrap as well. A nice surprising corner restaurant in the Haight. Two thum
Food was excellent although it is a bit too pricey but it could be the inflation, I don't know. The service needs some improvement. It was our first time there and we were confused whether to order at the counter (because there was a line) or to sit. There was only one waitress and the place was alm
We dined inside with the door wide open and a good breeze. The food was delicious with authentic flavors. He had a chicken shwarma wrap; I had stuffed falafel wrap, which included pine nuts and sumac. Shared some Arabic salad. Tasty and plentiful. Friendly staff, good service.
Great falafel I highly suggest getting it, really good Vietnamese coffee. Four stars because of their hummus wasn't the best and their lamb was a little overcooked but would go again.
I could write poems about this place. They have the smoothest, creamiest hummus, the falafels are crispy-crunchy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. What an incredible spot for your middle eastern cravings. Highly recommend the veggie combo platter with a side of meat (lamb or chicken
