Yummy food! You must try the sashimi salad, yum yum yum! Look at the colors! Flavor was on point. The mint mohito was excellent (no photo!!!).
As soon as walking through the door you notice the place could use some renovations. The decor was simple, even though some of the best restaurants are simple. It had a nice ambiance; perhaps like a small local sushi spot in Japan. They were relatively busy for 8pm on a Wednesday but only had one se
I ordered the Small Unagi Don Set (grilled eel over rice).
My friends chose the salmon and beef teriyaki set.
The set that we ordered include organic green salad and miso soup.
If you don't like the flavor of wasabi, for the salad, you may check if it's possible to remove it as I had no idea ther
Great food that tasted extremely fresh. Cozy spot. Generous portions. Restaurants itself could be a little cleaner (floors, etc). Hostess and waitress were very friendly.
You know how in neo-noir movies there's meetings with shady characters where they talk business over sake and sushi? Yeah, that would be this place.
The food is pretty great, I can't complain. Freshly served and neat presentation. Had some miso soup and a Cherry Blossom roll with hot tea, and they
Just had Miyabiya for lunch and it was amazing! This place is surely underrated.. Both the sushi & tapas chef are clearly skilled and experienced. They have a good lunch deal with generous portions, hearty genmaicha served in a traditional teapot, and a big space to accommodate larger groups!
We were initially weary of this place because it wasn’t busy and didn’t have the vibe we were looking for, but the sushi was really good! Very good presentation.
Food was amazing, really good quality and fresh fish. You just have to wait a considerable time for it, it’s not fast food.
Staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Food was So good and so fresh! Prices were reasonable for how much food you get. Definitely will come here again
Sushi was excellent. The place itself looked a little dated/untidy, but other than that everything was great. The food came out quickly, and we didn’t have to wait for refills. I ordered the Lion King roll, Caterpillar roll, & Alaska roll. The LK roll was especially good. Would recommend.
Saw this place on the street and decided to give it a try. The inside is very cute. The food was simple but delicious. However, I have to take a star off for the food prepping time. The vegetables on the sides are delicious. A bit pricy but that’s okay. It’s sf. Will try again another day.
Everything was fresh and delicious!!!! Service was excellent!!!! A must if you’re in the area!!!!
Delicious food and speedy service. I stopped in for a quick solo lunch and was not disappointed. It is clear that a lot of care and love went into preparing the food.
Tables were sticky and smelled like chlorine... food was pretty good though. Very understaffed so they won't come around to check on you so had to walk around to get our server.
Sushi was ok, not my favorite but not bad for a quick bite. It was walking distance from my hotel so I decided to try it.
Pleasantly surprised we just stumbled upon this location while we were walking around downtown San Francisco while I were staying at the Saint Francis Westin. For the life of us we don’t understand why someone would give this a 3.5 star rating it is a five star all the way excellent sushi excellent
