The food reaches the standard of well-prepared Thai. Use of quality ingredients is apparent in clean taste. The price point, however, seems to cover more for the cleverly designed West Elm-meets-Bangkok interior rather than an above-and-beyond menu.
Thai Boat Noodle Soup, as expected — nothing abov

The food was absolutely amazing. The best Thai food I have eaten in the city.
We had
- Samosa - Crispy and piping hot. Served with a sweet cucumber/onion salad
- Drunken Noodles - We had the vegetable version. Delicious!
- Spicy Bas
I have been to Thai Spice a couple times now - once in the evening with friends, when the restaurant was packed and again as it was time for the restaurant to open. Oh and I cannot forget about the times I ordered DoorDash from here either (loll).
Both times, I have been to this restaurant, I have
My favourite restaurant in San Francisco in terms of the food simply outstanding the chefs do a great job in delivering a unique culinary experience and the presentation was outstanding . The food tasted unique and was even better than the food I had in Bangkok.
They have some innovative dishes you normally wouldn’t see from a typical Thai restaurant. The ‘khao soi’ is flavorful on the sweet side. The beef-over-rice-whose-name-is-too-long-to-remember is perfectly cooked but lacks a little seasoning. All the dishes I ordered are not spicy enough to my taste
We ordered all dishes on the chef's special. Each and every one of them were delicious.
Very tasty and wholesome.
For appetizers we picked the spring rolls. Great point of reference between restaurants. I like more mint but otherwise super fresh and the peanut sauce scored 10/10!
We have been to several cities and this is the best Thai food we've had outside of Thailand. My partner had the chef's special beef mussamun roti and I had the roasted duck curry. The curry was super flavourful and the meat tender, highly recommend eating here - super impressed!
Food is very good but they have 20% mandatory tip and they don’t remind you of that. Just be aware!!
Edit: we only 4 people in the group and the 20% seems to be mandatory for 4??
This place delivers consistently great Thai food, one of my top options in the area for Thai especially if you enjoy it spicy.
I was surprised how delicious the food
Appetizers was delicious and I ate yellow curry with chicken, it was first time to try it and I love it, really recommend the place, it is considered one of the best Thai restaurants in San Francisco, thank you for the service and the amazing food.
For 5 people
Place is very nice! The lights are dimmed (we went for dinner) so cute place for dates, or just a hangout! The food portions are shareable (they are big) and you must try their paratha. I did not think the food was spicy, I started with medium so next time I will do full spicy. Noodles are good! Ag
Excellent food. Great service and atmosphere. I had chicken pad see ew, one of the best!! Will be back soon.
Glad we found this thai restaurant. Was in the mood for thai and looked up high rated restaurants near our hotel. This was a little further to travel but well worth it. The food was outstanding and very authentic. The dining area was bright and very clean. The service was great and attentive though
I had Kao pad on chef’s special which was steak on top under 🌶️ fried rice. The fried rice was spicy and flavorful 👌🏻so good! Roti was good as well. We had two cocktails; Richee cocktail was sweet and creamy, Mangoholic was refreshing with mint and not much sweeter than I thought. The service was no
Tom yum soup to die for! Drinks were pretty good too. We also had crab Rangoon. Unfortunately the 1st batch had a really long hair in it, which surprisingly the staff did not check before serving it to us. Hopefully they really did make a new batch and didn't just take the hair out and serve it agai
Omg!!! We ordered shrimp rolls, Mussamun Beef Roti, and Chicken Tom Kah. It was all super. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the Mussamun Beef Roti. Rich and delicious and the Roti buttery goodness! The service was very friendly and quick!
This place is a hidden gem! I got the Mussamun Beef Roti and was blown away - the brisket was so tender and the broth was incredibly rich. It was expensive but it came with the roti which cost $10 alone as an appetizer! I was with 3 people who all got different things and they all loved what they go
We had a great dinner. Food was delicious!
