When i tell you how extraordinary the Keystone is please know that there is no way to exaggerate. From the cool and understated decor, the beautifully balanced menu selections, the savvy and gracious front of house staff, and the sickening talent of Chef Banks White the entire experience is just perfection. We have these conversations about what modern American cuisine looks like and the Keystone goes a long way in making that definition more broad, more unique, and more delicious. Chef Banks White is using the depth and breath of his storied career to express the American table, flavored by a global palate and all of San Francisco should be here for it. If i lived here id surely be a regular! From the collard green lumpia to the bone marrow and bacon mussels the crazy good desserts and the house made charcuterie board there is something for everyone on the menu and it all looks great and taste even better. The drink wine and spirit list are large enough to provide something for everyone, but curated enough to be discerning and special. Shouts out to our fabulous and adorable server Brianna who was knowledgeable, attentive and excited about the menu and made our experience fun and relaxing. If you get to have her table get her to describe the crumb cake then order it, the experience is not to be missed!!!

Food was absolutely a plus five stars. On top of that I feel like if you're a walking by this place in the street you might not think to go in but you should go in. The atmosphere was great. The music was great. The people were great. The serving was great. The food was fast. Happy hour was great. The drinks. Oh my god, the drinks they were so good I mean literally. I feel like this is a place where everybody should check out. Definitely five stars in my mind and you will not regret the drinks and the oysters and the food. It was all five stars, five stars!

Great food and cocktails. Mostly a place for cocktails with a large bar area and separate smaller rooms for dining and drinking. Staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Drinks were very good and creative. I enjoyed the Disco Nap and the Fool For Love. My husband had the Old Fashioned. His was good, but much like an Old Fashioned anywhere else. My drinks were more unique which I really enjoyed. For food we order the Harlequin pie, a pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese. Perfect size to share. Flavorful and fresh. Good crust too. And we shared a Kale salad which had a delicious dressing and was also full of flavor. The only down side (aside from the wobbly high top we were seated at) was the noise level. It got very loud very quickly without many patrons at the restaurant making it hard to hear the server or to carry on a conversation.

This is a great spot to meet with friends after work as the ambiance has a classy yet approachable environment with a great happy hour selection. I recommend their signature The Harlequin burger as the flavors are consistent and pare well with the truffle fries and cocktails.

Beatiful environment, such a nice staff, I went pretty late last night. And I even told them that it was okay if we weren't able to eat because the kitchen was closed, and they acted so nice, they were so polite and they insisted, so we ate, such a wonderful people, server and host were so kind, the burger I ate it was soo freaking good, tasty, sauce, OMG best burger I have tried in SF so far, I loved, Cocktail was actually really good, I enjoyed, I loved it, I loved everything about this place, food, attention, service, people, food, environment, everything, Thanks A Lot!❤️

Atmosphere was nice and modern. Drinks were reasonably priced for SF (happy hour looks good but I wasn’t here for it). The harlequin burger tasted great and the old fashioned was just what I needed. This is a spot I’ll come back to if I’m catching a movie at the AMC!

The drinks truly are inventive & tasty. We grabbed a table in the corner by the windows, which I’d def recommend if you’re hoping to have a conversation without raising your voice, as the ceilings are tall & noise travels if there are many other patrons present. There was a group event in a side room - worth checking out for an office event or large birthday gathering. I first ordered the ube colada as I have a ton of Filipino friends & had to try it in their honor, I’m also a sucker for a normal pina colada :p This drink isn’t too sweet, but one was enough for me as rum isn’t my first liquor of choice. I’d 10/10 order it again! My second drink was the coyote & crow, a slight twist on a mezcal margarita. 10/10 again, and definitely something I would be happy to return & enjoy again. There is food, but we didn’t get any. We did see a father & son duo stop in for a late dinner; kid was fairly young so I imagine there’s something basic on the menu to satisfy a picky eater (all the kids I know are picky to a certain extent). This place is always crawling with humans & private events during conferences like Dreamforce, so avoid at those time (unless you’re looking for your next tech bro).

Pretty good, standard drinks and standard food. I really like the interior and atmosphere of this place. Week nights are got or miss, seems to either be loud and packed or a ghost town. Seem to be hosting a lot of private events lately, anytime I come by they have the whole bar area closed off for reservations. Maybe just bad timing on my part. Service is historically a bit slow on the busy nights.

I was expecting a mediocre meal, as I had experienced in the restaurant's former incarnation. So I was totally surprised by the quality of food. Fried chicken sliders were a great appetizer - meaty, moist chicken devoid of grease. The steak was delicious and tender, as was the salmon. My only complaint: they should expand their dessert menu beyond cheesecake.

Fantastic place for cocktails, ambiance and gathering with friends. The space has a vibe that gives gin bar, speakeasy, and upscale small plates and there's definitely history here. The bartenders are attentive and are clearly skilled in craft cocktail making and mixology. But don't shy away if that's not your thing! A simple old fashioned, a gin and tonic, or a cranberry vodka will do just fine too. I'll definitely be back for more as soon as I can!

Lastenia, the manager, was amazing hosting us for a larger group party. Food and drinks were amazing. Ambiance was like a speakeasy. Very upscale and pretty for a bar. I would def come in again to have a drink and a bite. Not far from Bart, so it was easy to get to.
