Visited here for lunch with family. There was a 30min wait since the place was busy. We ordered several pizzas, salads, cake and coffee. Pizzas were very unique and very tasty. Service was excellent. They have couple of tables inside but several tables outside. Great place for dining.
Very attentive staff who seem to own the place (pride, intelligence). Large demand for the food this place kicks out. Large outdoor seating and about 3-4 tables inside. Very delicious thin crust pizza is their specialty. They played great music, too.
Came here with a reservation for 3 and sat inside. It’s a little tight for seating but very cozy and has been around for a really long time. Everything tasted so good and fresh! I like that they have new appetizers/starters every so often to keep it fresh and the ingredients are locally sourced. Their specials were long bean salad and the squash — both well-flavored and textured. The cherry tomatoes were so good too 😍 the charcuterie plate was also solid. Cheese were great and the peach (seasonal) went well with it. Definitely try their daily special starters, it will be a pleasant surprise! We had three pizza to share among three: Spicy Coppa, Spicy San Marzano Tomato Sauce, and the Farm Egg pizza. I loved the corn in bathe farm egg, and the mascarpone in the Spicy San Marzano pizza best. But honestly all solid dishes and I’d definitely come back. The desserts were also amazing! We had their specials: Triple berry dessert and Plumcot panna cotta — both not too sweet and sooo deliciously fresh. The triple berry has tiny strawberries I’ve never seen before and so naturally sweet and went well with the fresh warm, yet crispy edges scone-like bread. The Plumcot’s bit of tart balanced well with the yummy panna cotta too. Definitely worth going to and will be back!
Recently went there for a second time since about a year ago.
They have a good selection of original pizzas. Love the original melon-style salads which we had a year ago and during our most recent visit: tastes fresh!
Going for a 4 stars on food as there are many pizzerias in the neighborhood(s) which compete on that range of quality but I wouldn't rank this one above other high quality pizzerias around.
Amazing ambience and fresh handmade pizza. I love the light crispy crust and the sweet juicy tomatoes they use.
Delicious pizzas, friendly staff and a lovely setting. Price is a little steep, but we would definitely visit again.
Be aware that in-door seeating is limited and parking can be hard to find.
Delicious and fresh thin crust pizza in a quaint setting. Friendly service! Limited seating inside but the tables outdoors have heated lamps nearby and blankets are available to stay cozy. We really enjoyed our green bean starter followed by two pizzas and dessert! Yum!
Small and nice place where you can enjoy a very good pizza one-person size.
The flavors are very good and, in my opinion, the bread recipe is the clue.
I recommend this place if you are looking for really good pizzas with "personality" (the pizzas, of course).
This place was AMAZING!!! We weren’t expecting more than a cute little neighborhood spot experience but the food was absolutely excellent! Loved their seasonal warm potato salad and all three of the pizzas we tried were excellent- perfect crunch and chew balance:). We sat outside at their sidewalk patio, a nice space partially under trees. Can’t wait to go back.
Been coming here for over 20 years. Still my favourite nook in San Francisco ❤️
