Using traditional Italian recipes, natural ingredients & milk that is rBGH free, we create gelato that can only be compared to the finest gelato of Venice, Florence & Rome. Most of our flavors are traditional, Gianduia, Stracciatella, Pistachio, Zabajone & Nocciola for example. Other flavors are inspired by our own creativity & the diverse culture & products available in the Bay Area including Thai Iced Tea, Cardamom, Scharffen Berger Chocolate & Pavel’s Natural Yogurt. Our flavors rotate w/ the growing seasons as well as holidays, festivals & any other excuse we can find to make an interesting flavor.
Sorbetto
The fruit version of gelato, Sorbetto is completely dairy-free & can be enjoyed by the lactose intolerant & both vegetarians & vegans. Our sorbetto is made using only fresh, ripe fruit. The majority of our fruit comes from local growers right here in the Bay Area & Central Valley. We do not use fruit concentrates, canned fruit or bottled juices. You will only find fruit that is in season. Our sorbetto flavors include: fig, Meyer lemon, pomegranate, rhubarb, mango, blueberry, raspberry, peach, cranberry, prickly pear, & watermelon.
Soy Gelato
Our soy gelato is completely dairy-free & can be enjoyed by the lactose intolerant & both vegetarians & vegans. Our soy gelato is made using fresh organic soy milk & sugar processed without bone char.
