The ambience was cozy and welcoming and the food was good overall. 4 stars and not 5 because i didn't find the food as "wow can't wait to come here again"
😀 Creamy vegan ramen was creamy and tasty, I took chili level 3 which was nothing so definitely could have gone for a hotter level. I didn't like the sweet tofu that they had in it. Pro tip: if the soup seems a little bland for you add some soya sauce and the soup will taste even better
😀 Veg Gyoza was good. The filling was potato based or something potato like which I wasn't a fan of but it did the job as an appetizer for me. The mayo based sauce they give with it makes the combination really good
🙃 Shishito Peppers was an appetizer wasted. As the description said it was just fried chili but with no salt or anything. They didn't give any special dip for it too so it was a waste by itself. Maybe people like to combine it with other dishes in Japanese cuisine but I am not so well versed in it
A friend ordered some non-veg ramen and he didn't like it at all.

This has to be one of the most exceptional ramens I've ever had. I opted for the Hinodeya Ramen with a spice level of 3, and it was a delight. The broth boasted rich flavors, offering a heartwarming experience. The meat was tender and impeccably seasoned, while the perfectly cooked egg complemented the ramen beautifully. The noodles were spot-on and enhanced the overall meal. My only qualm was with an unidentified brown vegetable in the bottom left corner (under the egg) – its flavor was intense and somewhat off-putting. Would definitely recommend and recommend it without the brown vegetable. I would say the worst part is that the interior of the restaurant has a very strong and of putting smell that was personally unbearable. I had to go outside and eat.

Good dashi (fish) based broth! One of the few around that’s not pork. Consistently good and loaded with the encoutrements

Similar to other ramen places in Japantown, this is also one of my favorite ramen places! The flavors are very intense of pork and broth flavor. The garlic pairs very well along with the ramen. There is often a line, but I think it's worth it to wait a bit while touring around Japantown. It's not inside the plaza so it's sorta hidden but good.

I love this place so much. I’ve eaten here with friends, alone at the bar, and I get take out from time to time.
The staff is generally kind and polite. The food comes out quickly. Quality stuff every time, with plenty of selection.
The to-go packages are genius.
And I think their outdoor seating has a great location. You can people watch somewhat…but it is quiet enough to enjoy talking to friends.

Solid choice for ramen in Japantown. It's pretty standard for the price compared to similar spots in the area! Service is quick and ordering is done through QR code online.

Some solid ramen and confusing customer service in Japantown. Great tasting broth, crispy fried chicken and fiery peppers. The food is delicious. The ordering system they have implemented is abhorrent. You order and you pay immediately after and that’s the end of the service. It’s like a cafeteria or food hall.Their isn’t any designated servers to any of the tables so getting a glass of water to asking for more napkins is a nightmare. It took me almost 20mins to close out because I wanted an extra beer. It needs to change.

Good ramen shop!
The add-ons are great here, especially how spicy you can make ramen as well as the garlic chili freely on every table.
They had a creamy vegan ramen, which was great since you dont usually creamy vegan see as an alternative option. The noodles themselves could be a bit more al-dente and chewy though.

The house Ramen was very good. The broth was not too salty, the pork was tender and flavorful, and the eggs were soft boiled and very tasty. 16 dollars was what I paid for one bowl and an additional 2 dollars for two halves of an egg. The server was polite and the service was extremely fast, our Ramen was ordered and on our table in 5 minutes. A place I would recommend to others.

We came here on a recommendation from
The hotel we stayed at in Japan Town. I was not expecting the flavors of the dishes here to as delicious as they were. I still dream of this ramen. I opted for the vegan yuzu ramen and truly it has now become my favorite ramen I’ve ever had. I’m sad I can’t frequent this place more often since I came from
Out of town but if you’re a local or just visiting do yourself a favor. This is an absolute MUST.
