Trattoria Pinocchio - San Francisco - Photo album

A nice little restaurant. We ordered the lunch special that was penne all'amatriciana and angel hair with tomato and basil. It came with salad or minestrone. The food was pretty good, not the best Italian I've had. The flavors were rich but too exaggerated and killed the softness of other flavors. T
Delizioso! Really nice and friendly and quiet place right in the heart of North Beach. With dozens of pizza places nearby you may miss this one but we stopped for a pie and it was delicious. Drinks were great and a reasonable price. I recommend give it a try.
This place is fabulous!!! The plates are great proportions. The service is excellent and the wine selections are great! You will be hard pressed to not find anything on the menu that isn't delicious! Everyone here are happy and super friendly!!!
Always a favorite for my Italian family. The food is outstanding with good portion-sized meals and all the pasta sauces are freshly made right in the restaurant. The staff are excellent every time!
Great lunch! Sausage ravioli and lasagna were top notch.
The dinner was very good and the service excellent.
Absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious food.
Tasty pastas and pizzas. Very friendly waiters. It's a great place to try.
Dinner was excellent. I was recently in Tuscany and this was on par with almost anything I ate there. Friendly waitstaff.
Fantastic food and service! So glad we went to eat here. I believe it was the owner that began to sing an Italian tune and he was amazing! A very fun atmosphere! You know it's authentic when other Italians come to eat here. Will definitely be coming back next time we're in town!
Do you want great food or a great atmosphere? What if I told you you could have both? After walking San Francisco looking for a quality happy hour to enjoy, I built up an appetite. I saw this quaint establishment on the corner and I thought, "Hell yea!" Let me tell yall. The only thing I hate about
This place has great food. I had the veal marsala with vegetables. It was incredible and the service was great. It's in the center of little Italy and the is classic San Francisco. It was pricey, but if your taking your wife on a date, it's great. I highly recommend this place for a night out.
Best food I had in San Francisco! It was expensive but it was delicious! Everyone was super friendly kind and fun! Family friendly for sure! Waiter even asked other customers to watch their language around the kids. Wish I could give it 10 stars!
Best pasta dish I have ever had and such great service!
First time here. Minestrone was decent. The sole picatta special was VERY good. Came for lunch, not too busy but service was lacking, had to request refills from hostess. Lunch specials too pricey so went with sole dinner special at same pricepoint. Nice location and outdoor seating.
Very nice location on Columbus so you can people watch to your heart's content. There are a few outdoor tables and the windows open fully so that the inside window facing tables have a outdoor feeling. The food was very good with a nice variety of selections. There is a pleasant family feel to the s
The waiters were very attentive and helpful. Restaurant is located at a touristy area in North Beach. Food is not impressive though. It's average. I ordered the pesto pasta cooked in house specialty pesto sauce. It's kind of too greasy.
This is a privately owned restaurant in the heart of Italian North Beach. Even though they had a bus load of people when we arrived for our evening dinner reservation, the service and food were spot on. The lamb chops were exceptional; we ordered wine from a wide selection of choices. They have a fu
