So lovely and tasty, bit pricey but look where it is. Started with empanadas (beef and corn) with a trio of yummy sauces and delightful sangria (want the recipe for summer/ autumn time) Then got rotisserie chicken and lamb shank. The chicken skin was perfect. Then ended with best flan cake we have ever had. Many thanks you! Will return.
I went many times at this place and every single dish is sooo good, customer service always wonderful. I love the ceviche mixto it's the best I ever had!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend to visit at least once. 💓
This tiny gem just off Kearney in the Financial District is well known to locals and well worth the find. The food is fabulous. Amazing seafood puff pastry, truffle mac & cheese, ceviche, roasted chicken and more. Every time I’ve been it’s been an amazing epicurean experience.
Came here for a work lunch and was amazed by how great the experience was! The food was delicious and the whole staff was very friendly/gave much appreciated recommendations. Will definitely be coming back (for the sangria!).
After coming here several times I have to say it's becoming a favorite spot of mine! The staff is friendly, and their food is great! All of their small plates and entrees are incredibly flavorful. Prices are moderate ($15-30) for entrees, but I haven't been disappointed a single time coming here. Will be visiting again soon.
We had a great dinner! The staff was friendly the food was delicious. We had the seafood pot pie and the shrimp ceviche. Really flavourful! Will come again and try the rest of the dishes.
Chicken is a hit or miss sometimes. Chicken was a hit here.
We came here for lunch and got seated immediately. Granted, we came before noon, but this place was never packed. We got a few items to share - truffle mac and cheese, ribs, half chicken and empanadas.
I had the seafood empanada which had fish, shrimp and cheese in it and it was really good. Probably because it was fried, but the filling was really good too. The truffle mac and cheese was good and the ribs were falling of the bone tender. The chicken is kind of fried as well, but it had a really moist inside and a perfectly crisp thin skin. Everything had really good flavors and was cooked well.
Overall, it was a really good meal and we left being stuffed.
I can’t talk highly enough about this gem, authentic latin food. Friendly staff, outstanding service. So glad we found this restaurant in our vacations. Hope to be back. 100% recommended! ¡Gracias chicos!
Brought a group of 8 and we shared everything family style. Every single item was delicious. lamb shanks, roasted whole chicken, seafood pot pie, ceviche, empanadas…
We were so happy to have discovered La Fusion during our stay in San Francisco. A welcoming and relaxing place for lunch. Both dishes were so delicious and moreish (so were the dipping sauces)! The staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!
Eddie, the owner is such a great person and a great chef! We had great service and a fantastic dinner. We ordered every entree on the menu, except for the lamb and arrow con pollo - every single dish was expertly prepared. Best Peruvian dinner we've ever had..
Chef Eduardo (Eddy) makes some genuine good food, all from scratch. The Peruvian chicken was delicious and the desserts were everything a sweet tooth likes. Very good sangria too. What the place lacks in light and space, the service makes for: staff are attentious, pleasant, efficient, just so friendly. Had a home made meal at a restaurant.
The meal was very good. We weren't too hungry so we didn't eat much. The ribs were very tender. I would recommend them. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean.
The Peruvian inspired cuisine at La Fusion was the highlight of our San Francisco trip. The owner, Eddie, welcomed us to his restaurant and prepared each dish with such care and artful attention to detail. It was unlike anything we've had before. We had Ceviche, arroz con pollo and Lomo saltado thanks to his recommendations. We couldn't have been more pleased, you could truly taste the intention of the meal and tell it was prepared by a chef who loves his craft. We enjoyed talking with Eddie at length, we wish him the best! Phil & Noosh.
Excellent service, good sangria, and absolutely delicious food. The seafood pot pie has been my favorite since I first set foot in this restaurant. Also really like the ceviche, empanadas, and yuca fries. Only downside is this place is small and can get crowded so plan accordingly.
First time here while on a business trip. I was seated quickly, staff was friendly and checked up on me frequently. The items on the menu were a bit pricey, so I opted just to get a chicken salad sandwich. I had no idea this was going to be a gourmet chicken salad sandwich! Quite frankly, I never knew a chicken salad sandwich could taste this good! The sandwich came with fries, but I was able to swap them for sweet potatoe fries which hit the spot. Great job y'all.
its been over 4 years last time i visited here and still got the same experiences here. it was nice again. definitely visit here again later if i have another chances. Pot pie is always the best.
The food is amazing and the service is very friendly! Something to keep in mind though is that they don’t have many vegetarian options in case you go with a group with dietary restrictions
