Izzy's Steaks & Chops - San Francisco - Photo album

Food was good, service was good, just didn’t like the idea of seating too close to the other tables and the acoustics made it feel like the conversations were really loud and noisy. Overall I enjoyed the steak, the was it was made and marinated. The sides were also well made and tasty. The taste of
We came by this place looking for a nice place to eat (with reservations) and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered the drunken prawns as a starter and it was buttery and delicious. I ordered the prime rib and my wife ordered the filet mignon. We both ordered the creamed spinach and the new potatoes. Eve
They will be closing for construction in a couple of weeks, so that may have contributed to the less than enthusiastic service when we entered an hour before closing. (Upon entering, we were asked to make a decision quickly... was kind of a put off) The skirt steak house sauce tasted like teriyaki,
As a party of 5, we had an amazing dinner experience. The 3 appetizers were the best - calamari, fried oysters, & mussels. The prime rib & filet mignon were so good. Pork chop was just ok. Salmon was excellent. Cocktails were good. Almost forgot about the sourdough breads, yummy. All the side
Our company of four was seated inside one of cozy cabins. We ordered NY steaks and skirt steaks. The meat was cooked just OK, though the one of friend's steaks was closer to well-done than to medium rare. The wine selection appeared extensive. We found the side dishes delicious. Overall, the plates
Service was great. Calamari and potatoes were amazing. Steak was a little overcooked for medium rare. Would have ordered rare if I knew. Server was very nice though and the wine was good.
Great atmosphere! The food was fresh and delicious. We especially liked the roasted mussels. Would definitely recommend for a casual, yet upscale, dinner with family and friends.
I felt for something very american coming all the day from Middle East! And it was a very warm and welcoming, with friendly staff and great food! Obviously the portions was way to big 😅 as seems to be the normal case here ! We ordered crispy calamari, new york strip, seabream and a lot of sides! Lov
This restaurant is beautiful. The food was amazing, there could have been a less balsamic on the brussel sprouts but the prime rib was fantastic. Was celebrating my birthday brought me out ice cream and sang. Really had an overall good time.
Wonderful neighborhood restaurant. Friendly, delicious food. Great overall experience. We had drunken shrimp, the best house salad with seeded avocado and prime rib. All exceeding expectations.
A special birthday party hosted by Adam! Staff was accommodating our party of 7 refilling our champagne glasses & serving his homemade chocolate cake as we celebrated into the night outside under the stars. I hear a remodel is happening soon...
Food is amazing! Service is good too. Can’t go without trying fried oyster! The inside is so smooth and can still taste the liquid a bit! So fresh!
Wonderful service, Joelle made our dinner perfect. Meat was delicious and tender, perfectly cooked. Spinach...like my Mom used to make. Can recommend it for authentic experience.
Get the creamy spinach, I think it’s even better then the steaks
Service was amazing. Had the Prime Rib, was cooked perfectly. The brussel sprouts were super good. All the desserts were delicious. Will definitely be going back. This is a must in San Francisco. You wont be disappointed.
Great reception, great service and fantastic food. Ordered a cup of wine and New York steak. Cost me around 90$ at the end, everything included.
