Lovely restaurant, waiter is cheerful and kind. Ribeye and salmon steak we take are very delicious. The fried potatoes accompanied with main dishes are a lot. Red wine we selected from napa valley is good for steak as well.
A classic steak dinner. Impeccable service by a gentleman named Francisco, with delicious cocktails and savory dishes. Set in somewhat nostalgic atmosphere in downtown San Francisco.
Excellent preparation but not the highest quality steaks (but high enough, no doubt). Friendly, fast and communicative service. Crab cakes are a nice add to the terrific T-bone or ribeyes.
Located inside the Omni San Francisco Hotel, this is a wonderful place for a business dinner. While not the best steak I've ever had, the food is still excellent and the service is impeccable.
This was the best flavored, non-A5 Wagyu ribeye I've had. That may seem like an odd complement, but Japanese A5 is on a different level. The scalloped potatoes and the carrot were incredible as well.

Great service, good steak and nice selection. Pricey but typical for steakhouse in SF. Party of 7 and everyone's steak was cooked perfectly: rare, med rare, and med. Quick seating.
Good steaks and sides, service was a bit slow, but when you are enjoying good company it is not a problem. The T bone steak was well prepared and reasonably priced, we brought a magnum of aged red wine and corkage fee was reasonable. The Wedge salad was huge and very flavorful. Good strong drinks
The food is excellent and the service is friendly and welcoming. Our server, Bryan, was awesome. We went to Bob's for dinner the night before our wedding and he really went the extra mile to make sure we had a special "wedding eve". My soon-to-be-wife and I were honestly really touched. Super strong
The food is really good. I like to sit at the bar and order apps while drinking a glass of wine. On different days... I'll opt for one of their HUGE martini's. The prices can be a bit high, but you get your money's worth. Also, the staff really treats you well.
I’ve been to the original Bob’s in Dallas and had the best Tomahawk chop I’ve EVER had at their other location in Grapevine, TX. So when I heard there was one in SF while we were in town for vacation I had hoped it was even close to the original or at least a local TX one... they nailed it! My bone
1st time patron, will definitely be back. Food and service is unsurpassed. The filet was the best I have ever tasted.

For some reason i would never order a steak here, and i would only come for dinner. However i have had the rack of lamb, porkchop, duck breast, and veal chop: all excellent. The creme brulee was big and thick, yet lacking flavor (but still good). The carrot cake was great though. The nutty irishman

Fairly easy to get a table last minute. With this place, bar service is first come first serve which would take much longer than being seated at a table. I was able to get a reservation through Open Table within a 45 min of heading to the restaurant on a Wednesday night.
