Barbacco - San Francisco - Photo album

Over lunch. Nice vibe, very friendly and attentive door staff. Service was a tad slow. Food was delicious. $$
Last night we enjoyed a delicious meal. In one of the photos you see the fish of the day surrounded by a shrimp cream sauce. I could eat that everyday. Then we shared the orecchiette pasta which was to die for! Our servers name was Dario and he was so lovely and conscientious. He described all the
A cool and chic Italian restaurant in the heart of San Francisco. Vibrant atmosphere, staff are super nice an polite, the wine menu isn't huge but has a lot of options for any wine-over, and the food is really really tasty - don't miss the calamari, the burrata and even the gluten-free pasta (which
Had the spicy pork meatballs and the parpadella pasta both of which were great. The atmosphere is very nice and the service top notch. The wines by the glass are perfect and the prices are quite reasonable for a big city. We had a great time and will be back.
Great Italian restaurant! Classic dishes with a modern atmosphere. The food was spot on, and so was the service.
From appetizers to desserts, the food was phenomenal! Quaint place with friendly staff and conversation is encouraged between neighboring table by design. Unique, top notch Italian dishes.
The atmosphere was great and people were super friendly. Great date vibe, but definitely very pricy. I had a small piece of fish and I’m not sure if it was worth $30, but the ambience was wonderful and the staff were extremely attentive! I would try something else if I came back.
Great service, delicious food, yummy wine. Nice atmosphere and good for dinner. A bit on the pricier side. I enjoyed the cheese appetizer and mixed antipasto for our group of five people. The Cabernet Sauvignon wine was robust and full bodied. The daily fish a selection was barramundi, and it w
If you want great food in a lively atmosphere you need to go to Barbacco! Try the radicchio and fennel salad with gorgonzola vinegarette, it's fantastic and big enough to share. Last night I had the halibut with roasted cauliflower and mushrooms in a wine sauce with cauliflower puree. Outstanding!!
Good experiences; tables are packed though during lunch and so arrive early. Friendly service. Love their Pesto Pasta (gluten-free) and the spaghetti meatballs.
Very good northern Italian food. We had crostini and fettuccine which were both really good.
Fanatstic high quality Italian food backed up with a great wine and cocktail selection. The pastas are always delicious. Very good value for this part of town. Highly recommend both this spot and perbacco next door.
Price/value/taste ratio is great for a SF financial district location. Is it the best pasta I ever had? No, but it is delicious and paired with good service and a unpretentious yet hip vibe. I would come back.
Good spot. Good food and wine and beers. Didn't knock my socks off but was very satisfied
Their pasta was solid but not mind-blowing or unique. Service was great. Would come back again.
