Tommaso Ristorante Italiano - San Francisco - Photo album

I walked into Tommaso's on a whim and I'm glad I did. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated with water. I was able to order immediately and received my food I what felt less than 10 minutes and WOW. I got the lasagna and it was delicious. The meat sauce packed a great flavor that was perfe
This was our first time for neopolotian style. It was delicious! I had the veal picante, the best I have had. My wife had the spaghetti Mariana with meat balls. The meatballs were perfectly seasoned. I asked what the seasoning was but sworn to secrecy. We will be back.
Authentic Italian place and it’s rubes you vintage European vibes inside the restaurant. Food was good, we tried pesto ravioli and shrimp pasta with alfredo. Both of the dishes had right amount of spices, quantity of entree is adequate for one person. Bread was average, however with olive oil and vi
Family-owned treasure of a restaurant in San Francisco. My fam wanted Italian food for the holidays and this is our go-to place. We ordered a half super deluxe/half sausage and mushroom pizza, veg plate, and two clam pastas. All were to die for + we ended up with tons to take home 😌 Parking may be t
Loved the pasta. Pizza was a bit soggy and tiramisu too rich for my taste
The place to go for delicious Italian food. The atmosphere is lovely and quaint.
As a professional tour guide, I highly recommend Tommaso’s to anyone. It is one of the best Italian restaurants in the city and having the oldest wood fired brick oven in California, it is one of the most important restaurants historically as well. I have been coming here for more than 20 years but
We come here for dessert, tiramisu and cannoli both had such naughty tastes that we couldn't take a photo when they are on the plate.
Went to this place for a friend’s birthday celebration and it was amazing. We were a large party of 16-18 people and the owners were kind enough to accommodate such a large group (outdoor seating) as quickly as they could. We ordered a variety of vegetarian and meat dishes and all were amazing (chec
very yummy pizza and pasta. they were very busy when i went but service was still good
They’ve really tried to cook the food like an authentic Italian restaurant but it’s not quite there. We’ve ordered two pizzas.
Absolutely delicious Italian food! I'm already contemplating going back to get the same dish! Ordered the super deluxe pizza and fettuccine tutto mare. The pizza was stellar and the fettuccine had delicious sauce and was packed with seafood. There was a bit of a wait to get in but it was SO worth i
Excluding the last eight years since I moved to Massachusetts, I've been going to Tommaso's my entire life. Tonight, I was joined for the first time by my husband and my daughter, who is almost two. When I say my whole life, I mean it: my mom asked Carmen if she remembered when I was "this age" and
Their food is exquisite. Omg, during October, their mushroom lasagna is everything!!! Please do yourself a favor and go to Tommasos.
One of the best pizza crusts I’ve had in my life. This restaurant is an institution in San Francisco. The oven is one of the oldest in the U.S. and the wood used really perfects the texture and taste of the pizza. My personal favorite was the margarita. The Spinach was okay but my personal preferenc
Super cozy. I loved it, the food was amazing, the staff was great. It’s a genuine, authentic old fashioned Italian restaurant. The chicken parm was one of the best ones I’ve ever had and the pizza was beyond delicious.
Friendly greeter, low key on the quiet unobtrusive side server . Free to engorge ourselves in privacy. Better than Rome? We ordered in mind to have enough for breakfast at the hotel : Incredible pesto ravioli over freshly made beef squares, steamed clams w chopped garlic broth, the very best of NY
