Nob Hill Cafe - San Francisco - Photo album

A cosy Italian restaurant serving authentic dishes. Expect to wait (no reservations) but definitely worth it. A welcoming ambiance with a warmly lit interior and an outdoor seating area with a heater for the cooler weather. I had the Pollo Alla Parmigiana which was nicely presented and perfectly coo
Found this adorable gem while looking for food near my stay at the Fairmont Hotel. I can see why the place filled up quickly after opening with a significant percentage of locals/regulars by the sound of things. The facility is small and simple (continuing with the post Covid outdoor eating hut) w
Authentic Italian cuisine, relaxed quaint restaurant. Order the house-made focaccia bread. The calamari steak is delicious. I’ve never heard of calamari steak but apparently this restaurant is famous for serving this unique cut from a large squid (not pictured unfortunately). The seafood with black
We were seated right away which is unusual for a Saturday night, the food was amazing and our waiter brought a complimentary tiramisu for my birthday... Best birthday ever on the top is the mark, big 4, fairmont, Nob Hill Cafe!
Cute little Italian🇮🇹 place in a quite residential area in Nob hill. A friend who’s a big foodie highly recommended Nob Hill Cafe so I finally went last week. We sat at a table right next to the window facing the street, best seat in the whole restaurant in my opinion🤗 It was pretty empty when we fi
Great little dinner spot. Very nice pastas and other dishes. We were lucky to arrive when there was a table open, as there are only a few tables here. Cool low-light kind of personable place. Great for date nights or a relaxing dinner.
Such a great spot ! Feels very neighborly and love that it’s so close to me. Just moved here and everyone made me feel so welcomed. Apparently they just started brunch! Definitely coming back with the fiends :)
The host (Joey, I think) was an absolute angel. The food was nothing short of spectacular. But when it came to our table service (Amen, I think), it just felt kind of jaded, a bit rude, and short. Don’t get me wrong, he wasn’t mean, but it just felt like a bit of an mis/match with everything else. T
I like to come here often, it's a cool cozy cafe for a romantic dinner and just to talk.
Amazing service and food, it is a nice and quiet restaurant perfect for date night. Me and my husband just stumbled across this lovely restaurant and we will be coming back. I ordered the tortellini with sausage and my husband ordered the lasagna delicious. My server was nice and on top of it, he ch
I came to Nob Hill expecting a generic touristy restaurant. By the time I received an appetizer, I we so surprised at how delicious and authentic the food taste. I ordered a beef carpaccio, penne, and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was so delicious and the food came out fairly quick. The restauran
We had a very nice dinner here. The staff was very attentive. The meatball appetizer was flavorful. The calamari steak was well spiced and cooked to perfection. The black pasta and seafood special was excellent. Come early, the restaurant fills up fast.
Visiting from Sydney, Australia. This is the best Italian cuisine I have ever had the pleasure of eating 🇮🇹 We heard amazing things about Nob Hill Cafe so we waited patiently for a table whilst sipping on a cheeky (and delicious) Merlot. We were so excited when we were seated (and slightly hungry)
Excellent food, and atmosphere near the Masonic Grand Lodge
This place is very nice. It's always very crowded and I see why. It's great food for a very affordable price. We had a burrata entry, some pizzas and a tiramisu for desert. Everything was delicious. Will definitely return.
Favorite Italian spot in sf. Food is delicious and always consistent. Service is amazing, staff are very helpful regarding questions over the menu. Staff are very attentive and give great dish recommendations. Good atmosphere. My favorites are penne bettola, pesto fettuccine (the best pesto fettucci
Had the pasta bettola with added sausage (pictured). Tasted AMAZING. One of the best pastas I've had. I arrived at 6PM on a Monday and was seated immediately. By 7PM a small line had formed outside (pictured). The ambience is nice, not to noisy, and the staff is very friendly and attentitive. This p
Had to wait for a table, not a problem as this was walk ins only and the place was full. Shown to a table after 20odd minutes. Offered water and proceeded to order. We had the Chicken Parm and Gnocci. Both excellent. Finished with a home made tiramisu which was very good too. Would revisit. F
