Subway

I wish I could give zero stars!! So we arrived at 7:44 after driving from the Hilton, which was a ridiculous route. To be greeted by some blonde girl, that clearly wasn't happy we walked in. No friendly words just "were closed". Mind you the store hours are until 8 pm if you stop taking orders at 744 pm then change your hours to not say that! And turn your your sign off!! The cars in the parking lost all left before I snapped this picture, however subway lost out on about6 customers in that time. They were all turned away by the blonde who clearly hates her job.

This subway always gets my order wrong . Then when you call about it, They can never admit to their mistakes. One day they ran out of Swiss Cheese, when i called and told them there was the wrong cheese on my sandwich, the women Rachel who i spoke to , told me her "Boss" said since we are out of Swiss Cheese they were told to automatically put American Cheese on it . I asked her most Subways call you if there isn't an item in stock . Her response was "Oh we got to Busy" . I ordered another sandwich the next day, and the same thing... the order was not correct . They put both my sandwiches on the wrong bread . Not coming back to this Subway .

Have had nothing but problems when placing orders from this location. Tried to order twice, when calling to see what happened with the order and why it was canceled on one occasion and not done correctly on another... I was talked over and made to feel as if It were my fault that I was sent out with half my order on one occasion and the other one was canceled 10 minutes before scheduled pick up leaving me with no time to look elsewhere for food needed.

Lately, this Subway location is hiring very 'rude' people. They talk loud to you like if they are doing you a "favor", you are paying for a service, it is not for free. Subway should teach its employees manners. Not all the employees are bad though, mainly there is a blonde girl that she feels like she's Subway CEO and she is chasing people away with her attitude. Again, Subway, please train your employees with customer service manners because otherwise bad reputation and bad reviews are gonna keep coming.
