The people working here are absolutely awful. On multiple occasions they have messed up simple orders such as including nacho cheese, but they sure did remember to charge me for it. You can never reach anyone there by phone. The worst experience was asking a question about the APP and getting the response, "I don't know, that's not my problem". No social grace, no manners, HORRIBLE customer service.

Went through the drive-thru and drove off after getting my food. 30 miles later I realized they hadn't returned my credit card. Tried calling multiple times but the phone was apparently off the hook. Drove 30 miles back to get it. The woman working the window offered no apology and actually gave me bad attitude and all the blame. Terrible customer service. She wasted over an hour of my time and 60 miles worth of gas and all I got for it was her bad attitude. I won't be returning again.

This joint has been on the ball the entire lockdown. Listen, it's Taco Bell, you know what the food is like. But they almost never mess up an order, they're super polite, always have their masks, always offer you your food touchless, never forget my mom's senior discount. Keeping us safe, keeping employees safe. Way to go.

You seriously need to let people pick up the food in the store!!! I drive a 22 ft truck and was forced to go through the drive thru. Scraped the front of the truck because you think having a wall on both sides is a good idea?? I will NEVER go back to this place.

I've been here a few times and they really never do a good job. I get it's a Taco Bell so my expectations are already super low, but this one is very disappointing.

Very disappointing. We went there a few weeks ago and they forgot to give us half our order. We had to go back. Everything was cool. They gave us some taco tickets for next time. Today we go back and they tell us we can only use one ticket per order which is good for one taco. So we have to wait to redeem the other every time we go back. What is that all about. They also messed up our order today as well.
