Papa Johns Pizza

Very disorganized. Forgets extras like extra sauces ordered. App tracking isn’t correct, and had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my pizza that was done according to the app. The entire time I was here the kitchen seemed completely in disarray, with the staff needing labels for the boxes and people not getting them, leading to not knowing what pizza was what. Also, one of the cooks had AirPods in and would take them out while rolling and tossing the dough without gloves on. Earwax pizza? Doesn’t sound like my cup of tea. Should get visited by the health inspector.

Benny is very unprofessional. Filed report with corporate he said franchise owner would call haven't received a call. He need to be fired my husband called to speak with him he hung up 5xs never answering because they made our pizzas wrong ! He needs a new job & our pizza needs to be corrected ASAP OFFERED ME A CARRYout after I explained I by law can't drive due to blind in one eye then said well delivery will be 2hrs & I'd have to buy a pizza full menu price. Ppl need to be MINDFUL OF HOW U TREAT PPL ESPECIALLY IM DISABLED & I see this store has many bad reviews so I want a refund or accurate remake .

If I could do zero stars I would. Papa John’s used to be my family favorite, but now they have gone to a call center when placing orders and it is SO frustrating. They hung up on me twice, repeated my order wrong 4 times, and they couldn’t understand me when I spelled my name 5 times. It took me 30 minutes to order 2 pizzas. Tried calling the store twice and no answer. Guess I’ll be shifting to Pizza Hut or Dominos.
