I cannot say enough about alexis and the crew working on this December night. With the line backing up longer and longer she maintained professionalism and kindly helped my mother, father and myself and kept her composure. I just wanted to say thank you to this staff

Tried to use Kiosk. Was hard to find individual items. Customized my order and I assumed wrong cheese type as melted and the Shell is super empty.

The vegetables in my combo did not taste good. I didn't eat the tacos because the lettuce was so bad. Tasted like it was sitting in 3 day old water. The burrito was better but only because the meat and cheese masked the bad tomatoes and lettuce. Avid Taco Bell goer. Never had it taste like this before.
Had had good food from this location...not today.

Don't have a complaint about your order. Cause the manager that made it will have a melt down, argue with you and storm off. Leaving her employees to deal with the consequences of her rude actions. If a customer says they paid for extra and you didn't put extra, don't argue remake the order right. You rating online is definitely affected by your employees behavior !!

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It was one guy by the name of Anthony that was handling the front end and the drive-thru. He repeatedly asked for help and no one would came. The few employees that were there just stood around talking. I had to use the restroom and as soon as I went in there were cleaning products all over the toilet and it didn't seem like anyone I was going to clean it up so of course I cleaned it up myself to use the restroom smh But you really can't blame any of the employees because apparently the manager is allowing them to carry on like that. If the manager is not following the rules the employees will not either. I noticed the manager was going in and out of the store talking to her friends in a car being loud. This whole place is a circus. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time or money at this establishment

Went through the drive thru and no one was there again before830pm and they supposedly don’t close till 10. Happened to people I work multiple other nights too. Not even worth trying to go if they aren’t ever open
