Always only one person in this subway always. Takes like 15 minutes just to get a sandwich.

I went in and got our sandwiches and we get home and our sandwiches had hair inside. I tried reaching out to the manager and they never called me back. The person who answered the phone was rude and said bring the sandwiches back so we can make you a new one. I’m okay I’d rather not have a hair sandwich. I was a manager for subway and we give our customers a new meal for another day or compensate them for the error our staff made. I love this store just not the hair in my food.😔😔😔

I ordered on the app and they could NOT follow directions. They are so simple and detailed and still disappointed me. I don’t know if it’s too difficult to understand the ticket after you order through the app or what ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The sandwichs are very good, one worker has an attitude because she works double shifts she is never friendly with me when she is with others.

Ive been there twice this month and the workers there are lazy and annoyed of being there. I can make a better sandwich with my feet! They throw the veggies on it and sometimes the veggies dont even land in the sandwich, the way they wrap it is so disgusting when you unwrap it everything is out of the sandwich. They need better employees. Both times i went in there including today the employees stay on their cell phones until i call them out because i am waiting for them to come to take my order. Worst customer service ever.
